Location is very convenient. The room was tiny but clean. Ordinary hotel in the Paddington Station area. The breakfast and check-out policy are disasterous! Breakfast until 09.30, check-out time 10.00. Is it army training camp or what?

The hotel area is really good for traveling round london town. My room was near to a very loud street, many cars and buses every hours. The breakfast was poor, fake orange juice and bad cofee. I found few hairs in the shower when I first arrive in my room. Small size twin room.

For £60 a night, it's good if you just need a place to sleep, but don't expect much else and don't pay more. Location is good, near Paddington Station & Hyde Park. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. EasyBus from Stansted drops off at nearby Baker Street. Our room was clean, included a small tv (though no batteries in the remote), wardrobe, and instant coffee/tea set. Very small bathroom and shower, but it gets the job done. Other reviews reported break-ins, so we used the safe at reception with no problems. Reception helped us with directions, a wake- up call, & called us a taxi. Overall, a satisfactory no-frills budget hotel for the lowest price I could find. Worst of all, there was no internet. Bad ventilation can make the rooms a bit smelly at times. Breakfast is included, but isn't much: coffee, tea, orange juice, cereal, white bread, slices of frightful deli meats and unnatural cheese, some jams and yogurt. It gets the job done if you're not picky, but you might be better off visiting one of the many cafes nearby.

Room spacious and clean. Staff appears pleasant but not always helpful. We were only provided one pillow per guest. Very uncomfortable with one pillow. Despite several requests for more pillows staff fobbed us off and never met our request. One radiator was not working at all again staff did not do anything about it. It was quite cold at night.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Horrible cleaning, the bathroom was dirty, the floor was dirty and furniture with dust, the quilts of the beds were disgusting, the only thing that seemed to be clean were the sheets. I asked several times to clean the room and they didn´T.it seems that the only thing that they do between guests is change the sheets and the towels. Is not at all recommended for people allergic to dust, my sister sneezed all night. The window beside the bed did not close well and let pass the cold. The breakfast was very poor Don´t recommend even though it is cheap not worth the price we paid.
