Its at the center, near shopping malls, oxford and knightsbridge and near underground Yes, air conditioning was not that good. Hope they can improve on it |

Although the room was quite small it was clean and comfortable. Hotel is very close to the Underground giving access to London. There was no fridge in the room, if I had paid the full price for this room I would have said it was very over priced. |

Room was spotless, very modern and very comfortable i would recommend it to anyone wanting a city break due to its central location. |

The room was far too small, i.e. crowded. Secondly, only about 15 TV stations were available while there must be at least 50 stations available in the London area. Lastly, the e-mail I received confirming my reservation listed the address as 52-55 Inverness but the correct address is 52-56, and on the opposite side of the street. My cab driver had to call his office for directions! |

I found the hotel very convienient to Tube Stations. Reception area very tidy and room spotless and very comfortable. Corridors and lifts very tidy also. |

Room 107 was at times very noisy due to the Hyde Park Inn next door noise from what appears to be a stairwell with lifts and numerious teenagers running up and down late into the night |

Hotel is close to a selection of cafe's, restaurants and shops and handy for Hyde Park. We booked two rooms at the hotel via your website but when we arrived at the hotel they only had a booking for one room. |

The room was absolutely sparkling clean! I was booked at the Shaftsbury, when I got there I got sent to a sister a hotel three roads away. The room was smaller than my car! |

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. Amenities were exactly what we needed;frig,microwave,coffee pot,free internet. |

Proximity to tube stations (Bayswater, Queensway) small rooms, cheap matresses, uninspired decour, poor choice of cable stations in room, construction outside hotel during stay. |

The room was unbelieveably small. I had to check out at the earliest oppertunity which was unfortunatly was the next day. Although it provided an ironing board there was no room to put it up. I have no idea how this hotel is able to have the 4 star status. |
