výborná dostupnost do města, pěkné okolí v přímé blízkosti metra a Hyde Parku, kousek vedle možnost nákupu v několika supermarketech naprosto malý pokoj s malou postelí, na fotkách vypadá obrovsky |

Mne sa pacilo, ze tentO Hotel je asi 100 metrov od metra Bayswater a 100 metrov do Kensigtonskeho parku, teda poloha bola velmi dobra.Personal bol skvely. Nerobili problem, ked som potrebovala izby skor ako o 14.00. Izba bola krasna, postel pohodlna, len bola mala izba,ale pre 2 to stacilo. |

The facilities of the hotel were good, all the staff was friendly and helpfull. Good Internet connection. Comfortable and clean although small room for a double. Room was tiny, no where to store bags and wardrobe too small to be any use. There is no room on the table to place your laptop. |

Our room was very comfortable and clean. It had all the facilities including tea and coffee in our room that we desired..Also free internet access. The reception staff was not so friendly or willing to help. |

The kindness of the lady at the reception - don't know her name but blond hair young The first single roon I had. It was not possible to move in the room and you call it luxury but there is no bathtub. |

The room was very clean, staff was very helpful and kindly. Tube is very close to hotel, neighbourhood was safe. We came late in the evening, and even we made reservation, all rooms were busy, there wasn¨t room for us. They sent us to another hotel, and next morning when we came back, we got our room. Good thing is they paid our cab which took us to another hotel, and brought us back, and we got breakfast gratis. |

I thought that the location was really good. The bed was fantastic. Breakfast should be included, and the room was just too small. I could only sit in the bed, and almost not place for my suicase. |

The hotel was centrally located with 2 tube stations very close by. The hotel was very poorly insulated. You can hear the tubes going past under the hotel. There was no double-glazing so you can hear everything that goes on on the street. The bed was too small for two and the iron provided was all clogged up with calcium. |

Cleanliness, location (2mins from tube station), free internet access. Bed a little hard, strange noises in the room (something vibrating), room door not very sound proof. |

The position of this hotel was great...very near to Bayswater Tube as well as many resaturants, coffee shops, souvenir shops and small supermarkets. Walking distance to Kensington Palace and Hyde park. Clean and fresh with good helful staff. This hotel though renovated and clean and with new fittings, had tiny ,tiny basic rooms with the double bed pushed up against a wall and no room for 2 large suitcases. Great for a single businessman or a couple for a weekend stay with small bags. Book the Club Room if you want some space! |

The staff were very accommodating and the room, although small, was most comfortable. The location was perfect. Once my suitcase was on the stand, I could not get around the bed to open the curtains, I had to climb over the bed for this. |
