Hotel is close to a selection of cafe's, restaurants and shops and handy for Hyde Park. We booked two rooms at the hotel via your website but when we arrived at the hotel they only had a booking for one room. |

The room was absolutely sparkling clean! I was booked at the Shaftsbury, when I got there I got sent to a sister a hotel three roads away. The room was smaller than my car! |

The room was unbelieveably small. I had to check out at the earliest oppertunity which was unfortunatly was the next day. Although it provided an ironing board there was no room to put it up. I have no idea how this hotel is able to have the 4 star status. |

lovely hotel, very quiet, great room, comfortable bed, great bathroom. Overall would def stay there again didnt realise you had to pay when you got there rather than on departure. There was building work going on outside the hotel which affected the entrance to the hotel. Banging early in the morning, but not for too long. We werent informed of this work and probably would have struggled if I had my child with me. |

The hotel is conveniently located for easy access to tube, buses and Hyde Park. THe accommodation is clean and the staff are helpful and polite. The room was rather small, but on the other hand it was comfortable and clean. |

The staff was very helpful and informative. It was close to Hyde Park for a fun jog. And close to all the transportations, sopping and good restaurants. Very clean and the bed was comfortable, and a good bathroom. But the room was very small. We had to hop on the bed to get around. |
