A localizaçao era perfeita, porque estava muito perto das esações de bayswater e queensway. O atentimento dos funcionários era imediato qndo solicitavamos algo. O quarto era muito pequeno, mas ja fui preparada devido aos comentários que vi no site. |

Localização excelente, a uma distância a pé das estações de Bayswater e Queensway e do Hyde Park. Quarto excelente, muito limpo com uma boa casa-de-banho. Óptimo para um fim-de-semana em Londres com qualidade. Pelo preço deveria ter pequeno-almoço incluído. |

Boa localização para quem quer passear na cidade, preço acessivel relativamente a um hotel mais central. Limpo e actual. Diminuir a intensidade do cheiro floral a entrada do hotel. Ampliar a placa com o nome do hotel, passa despercebida |

A localização, pricipalmente pelo facto de ter uma estação de metro próxima. Colocar um elevador. Ficamos no 4o andar, e tivemos de carregar as malas pelas escadas, cujos degraus eram pequenos e altos mas numerosos; quartos extremamente pequenos apesar de terem boa apresentação |

There should be a minimum of cm2, for someone to define a room as a "deluxe double" room. There wasn't enough space for two people to stand. One should stay in bed, so that the other one could dress himself. |

I first stayed at the Shaftesbury in June at a cost of £300 for the 4 days. This time my 4 day stay cost £446. When booking the room through booking.com, I e-mailed that as a returning customer to the Shaftesbury that I would appreciate the rate I enjoyed in June. I didn't get a reply to this. Next time I return to London, At this price I will probably not stay at the Hotel, The rooms are small - you couldn't 'swing a cat' in the two I have stayed in, and certainly isn't worth £446 |

My second time, paid more this time and realised that I had been 'upgraded' to a Club Room last time and this one. I paid more this time and so my sense of great value was less than previously. Still a nice room, well appointed. No secondary glazing and I was on frint this time- a bit noisy...not too bad for London. Not helped by major roadworks outside. |

good breakfeast , near tube station To start I had to change to an other hotel of the chain. It is not the one I have choosen. Very probably because I have paid a very good price on internet. The room was in the basement, noisy, very small, too hot, staff not friendly. I do not recommand at all this hotel. |

The facilities of the hotel were good, all the staff was friendly and helpfull. Good Internet connection. Comfortable and clean although small room for a double. Room was tiny, no where to store bags and wardrobe too small to be any use. There is no room on the table to place your laptop. |

The location is nice in Qeensway. Next to a tube station and a street full of restaurants and grocery shops. The room is small and doesn't even have a fridge. it wasn't cleaned properly when I checked in as it has so many paper bags and bills from previous people who stayed int eh room. The walls paper covers as scratched and peeled in some areas and the bathroom is soooo small. |

Our room was very comfortable and clean. It had all the facilities including tea and coffee in our room that we desired..Also free internet access. The reception staff was not so friendly or willing to help. |

The kindness of the lady at the reception - don't know her name but blond hair young The first single roon I had. It was not possible to move in the room and you call it luxury but there is no bathtub. |

The room was very clean, staff was very helpful and kindly. Tube is very close to hotel, neighbourhood was safe. We came late in the evening, and even we made reservation, all rooms were busy, there wasn¨t room for us. They sent us to another hotel, and next morning when we came back, we got our room. Good thing is they paid our cab which took us to another hotel, and brought us back, and we got breakfast gratis. |

I thought that the location was really good. The bed was fantastic. Breakfast should be included, and the room was just too small. I could only sit in the bed, and almost not place for my suicase. |
