Läget på hotellet var mycket bra, mellan Queensway och Bayswater tunnelbanestationer. Personalen var trevlig med 24 h service. Snabb och effektiv inchekning och utcheckning. Storleken på vårt rum var i minsta laget. Rummet som skulle vara ett dubbelrum hade en säng som endast var 120 cm bred med gemensamt täcke. |

Vet ingenting om hotellet. Mer än att receptionen och personalen var helt ok. När vi kom dit fick vi veta att hotellet var fullbelagt, och vi blev hänvisade ett annnat hotell. Med ett rum som var I storlek med en garderob. Efter klagomål fick vi ett annat rum som personalen där tyckte att vi skulle uppfatta som en stooor eftergift. |

Det var ett bra hotell, fint badrum och ett litet men fint och mysigt rum. Allt fungerade bra, både in checkning och ut checkning var snabbt och smidigt. Bra läge nära parken och tunnelbanan. Lugnt område, ingen trafik. Personalen var ointresserad. Inga leenden och inga hälsningar när man kom och gick. De agerade som om de tyckte de hade världens tråkigaste arbete. |

Nära till allt,lite lugnare område,rosendoften I antre´n,sköna sängar,fina rum. Ingen bar att beställa en drink på kvällen tex. Vi fick gå till den lokala puben I regnet.. |

Nya hotellet s Notting Hill var rent, fint, trevlig personal. Små rum, bra frukost. Nära Tunnelbanan. Trots att vi hade bokat rum I god tid innan vår vistelse blev vi vid framkomsten ca 7.00 på kvällen skeppade vidare till ett annat hotell inom kedjan efter att vi hade betalat för vistelsen, utan att få se det nya hotellet!!! Utan en riktig förklaring varför, det var något problem med rummen enliget receptionisten! Vilket val hade vi inget!! |

I first stayed at the Shaftesbury in June at a cost of £300 for the 4 days. This time my 4 day stay cost £446. When booking the room through booking.com, I e-mailed that as a returning customer to the Shaftesbury that I would appreciate the rate I enjoyed in June. I didn't get a reply to this. Next time I return to London, At this price I will probably not stay at the Hotel, The rooms are small - you couldn't 'swing a cat' in the two I have stayed in, and certainly isn't worth £446 |

My second time, paid more this time and realised that I had been 'upgraded' to a Club Room last time and this one. I paid more this time and so my sense of great value was less than previously. Still a nice room, well appointed. No secondary glazing and I was on frint this time- a bit noisy...not too bad for London. Not helped by major roadworks outside. |

good breakfeast , near tube station To start I had to change to an other hotel of the chain. It is not the one I have choosen. Very probably because I have paid a very good price on internet. The room was in the basement, noisy, very small, too hot, staff not friendly. I do not recommand at all this hotel. |

The facilities of the hotel were good, all the staff was friendly and helpfull. Good Internet connection. Comfortable and clean although small room for a double. Room was tiny, no where to store bags and wardrobe too small to be any use. There is no room on the table to place your laptop. |

The location is nice in Qeensway. Next to a tube station and a street full of restaurants and grocery shops. The room is small and doesn't even have a fridge. it wasn't cleaned properly when I checked in as it has so many paper bags and bills from previous people who stayed int eh room. The walls paper covers as scratched and peeled in some areas and the bathroom is soooo small. |

Our room was very comfortable and clean. It had all the facilities including tea and coffee in our room that we desired..Also free internet access. The reception staff was not so friendly or willing to help. |

The kindness of the lady at the reception - don't know her name but blond hair young The first single roon I had. It was not possible to move in the room and you call it luxury but there is no bathtub. |

The room was very clean, staff was very helpful and kindly. Tube is very close to hotel, neighbourhood was safe. We came late in the evening, and even we made reservation, all rooms were busy, there wasn¨t room for us. They sent us to another hotel, and next morning when we came back, we got our room. Good thing is they paid our cab which took us to another hotel, and brought us back, and we got breakfast gratis. |

I thought that the location was really good. The bed was fantastic. Breakfast should be included, and the room was just too small. I could only sit in the bed, and almost not place for my suicase. |

The hotel was centrally located with 2 tube stations very close by. The hotel was very poorly insulated. You can hear the tubes going past under the hotel. There was no double-glazing so you can hear everything that goes on on the street. The bed was too small for two and the iron provided was all clogged up with calcium. |
