Vet ingenting om hotellet. Mer än att receptionen och personalen var helt ok.

När vi kom dit fick vi veta att hotellet var fullbelagt, och vi blev hänvisade ett annnat hotell. Med ett rum som var I storlek med en garderob. Efter klagomål fick vi ett annat rum som personalen där tyckte att vi skulle uppfatta som en stooor eftergift.

Nära till allt,lite lugnare område,rosendoften I antre´n,sköna sängar,fina rum.

Ingen bar att beställa en drink på kvällen tex. Vi fick gå till den lokala puben I regnet..

The facilities of the hotel were good, all the staff was friendly and helpfull. Good Internet connection. Comfortable and clean although small room for a double.

Room was tiny, no where to store bags and wardrobe too small to be any use. There is no room on the table to place your laptop.

Our room was very comfortable and clean. It had all the facilities including tea and coffee in our room that we desired..Also free internet access.

The reception staff was not so friendly or willing to help.

The room was very clean, staff was very helpful and kindly. Tube is very close to hotel, neighbourhood was safe.

We came late in the evening, and even we made reservation, all rooms were busy, there wasn¨t room for us. They sent us to another hotel, and next morning when we came back, we got our room. Good thing is they paid our cab which took us to another hotel, and brought us back, and we got breakfast gratis.

Bed a little hard, strange noises in the room (something vibrating), room door not very sound proof.

The position of this hotel was great...very near to Bayswater Tube as well as many resaturants, coffee shops, souvenir shops and small supermarkets. Walking distance to Kensington Palace and Hyde park. Clean and fresh with good helful staff.

This hotel though renovated and clean and with new fittings, had tiny ,tiny basic rooms with the double bed pushed up against a wall and no room for 2 large suitcases. Great for a single businessman or a couple for a weekend stay with small bags. Book the Club Room if you want some space!

The staff were very accommodating and the room, although small, was most comfortable. The location was perfect.

Once my suitcase was on the stand, I could not get around the bed to open the curtains, I had to climb over the bed for this.
