La seva localització, al costat del barri de Portobello i la proximitat a la parada de metro de Bayswater, Queensway o Notting Hill. Hi ha unes habitacions minúscules. El primer dia ens van col·locar en una d'aquestes i teníem la sensació d'estar en una casa de hobbits. Vam demanar un canvi i al dia següent ens van canviar l'habitació per una de normal. |

Ben situat i amb bones comunicacions. Un lloc molt tranquil. El personal de l'hotel va ser molt amable i atent. Habitació molt petita. Vam haver de dormir en un llit de matrimoni quan havíem demanat dos llits individuals. |

Location. Staff. Room was small but very confortable, which is nice when you're walking all day in a big city. on the first night i heard my neighbour snoring... maybe he was a violent snorer. but I could sleep the same. |

very good location, close to 3 undegraund stations. 10 minutes by walk to the Kensington Garden. But we were very surprised about the room's size - we had a "deluxe" room, which was not more then 8 sq.m - together with a bathroom ! |

I booked this location just to try a different area of London. I usually stay in Hampstead but this turned out to be a very nice location easily accessible by bus or tube stops. Although small, the room was very nicely appointed and I would recommend it to anyone! |

Friendly interior; bright, modern entrance area; clean functional bathroom. Very tiny rooms (we booked a double deluxe) with no space:literally the bed stretches from wall to wall- only accessable from on side; no space to leave the luggage anywhere-other you step on it. First room (No. 006) given to us had a window to alight shaft with giant, noisy ventilation pipes. After complaining we got an even schmaller room - but with a window with a view to the street, which was rather quiet. |

Location to Nottinghill and Market Room should have been a single could only get out of one side of the bed they did move us on the third night but won't be rebooking here |

Very clean hotel, reception staff very nice, and location good as well as it was close to Kensington Gardens - Hyde Park and underground stations. The room was small. |

spacious single room, clean, free internet two almost empty toilet rolls in bathroom on the day of arrival, had to ask for new ones, bed sagged a bit in the middle |

the cleanliness of the room, the fact that it was renovated and decorated (although small) . when the first room they gave me appeared very noisy, they offered me a better room upon demand. the fact that the first room they tried to give me was both very small and turned to a an inner dark space in between wings of the building with a noisy air ventilation or some other kind of machine outside. not the kind of room anybody can sleep easily in. They offered me a larger and quieter room when I refused to get the first one/ |

The location is indeed very good: plenty of coffee shops, restaurants , pubs, two underground stations and hyde park all at a walking distance. The rooms at this hotel are incredibly small of size, a grown man over 1.80M in hight will find it very hard to take a shower. The pictures shown in the site do not truly represent the actual size of the rooms.I will not be coming back to this hotel. |

the bathroom was pretty well-designed. The breakfast definitely is not worth its price tag. Avoid it. The staff forgot our wake-up call. The room was, as expected, small. The hairdryer is tied to the desk in the room and outside the bathroom. |

The staff were very helpful. Room decor was excellent. The single room in the basement was the pits. It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. There was a huge extraction fan outside the window which despite the double glazing kept me awake most of the night. Guests should be provided with ear plugs. If you get a basement room, ask to be moved. |

We liked the modern design of the hotelinterior and the very quiet location in a back street We found the rooms and bathrooms (although with intelligent design) to be much too small for a 4 star location. You couldn't even walk around the bed and there was no sufficient space to store clothes or toiletries etc. No place to write a letter either etc. We also did not like the breakfastroom to be in the basement with no windows and quite cramped as well (choice of food was excellent though). |

We liked the rooms although a bit small. Staff service and about all the cleanliness and the decoration. The hotel is very well placed. Will definetelly recommended. My room was a bit small, the's the only thing I would critisize. |

Very well equipped - modern design-excellent location and comfortable bed.Did not try the breakfast which was expensive. The configuration of my room require you to watch the TV only from the bed. It could not be viewed from elsewhere and there was no chair! |
