The presentation of the hotel room where great, it was clean & in a great location. Just check the room before checking in. I only say low to comfort due to our first night after the room change comfort was good. The 1st night we arrived our room was so small we could only sit on the bed, this room should be a single. We were relocated to another room the following day which was better. The gym has 2 items no room for anything else. Best not to say they have a gym! |

Very nice location, just 3-5 min away form Bawswater or Queensway. Friendly and helpfull staff. But my single deluxe room was too small. But i was warned that its typical for London. But room has very nice design, there r plasma, good bathroom. I stayed there for 3 days and it im happy that have choosen Shaftesbury Notting Hill. I ll go to London again in October and think to stay there again. |
