πολύ καθαρό το δωμάτιο και περιποιημένο.

1) το δωμάτιο που μου έδωσαν ήταν στο υπόγειο και ήταν υπερβολικά μικρό, σχεδόν κλειστοφοβικό. Επίσης ο διάδρομος που οδηγούσε σε αυτό ήταν ασφυκτικά στενός. Όλοι προσπαθούν ασφαλώς να αξιοποιήσουν τον χώρο τους κατά τον πιο συμφέροντα τρόπο και ιδίως μέσα στην καρδιά του Λονδίνου όπου υπάρχει τόσο μεγάλη έλλειψη φυσικού χώρου. Όμως υπάρχει και ένα σημείο που δεν πρέπει κανείς να ξεπερνά. Φοβούμαι ότι το ξενοδοχείο αυτό έπεσε στην παγίδα! 2) ζήτησα να βάλω κάποια πράγματα που πήγα μαζί μου στο ψυγείο και μου είπαν ότι δεν έχουν πρόσβαση διότι η κουζίνα είναι κλειστή το βράδυ! Έτσι αναγκάστηκα να πετάξω τα πράγματα αυτά!

Location. Staff. Room was small but very confortable, which is nice when you're walking all day in a big city.

on the first night i heard my neighbour snoring... maybe he was a violent snorer. but I could sleep the same.

Rooms always clean

The price, a lot higher this week than normal.

Friendly interior; bright, modern entrance area; clean functional bathroom.

Very tiny rooms (we booked a double deluxe) with no space:literally the bed stretches from wall to wall- only accessable from on side; no space to leave the luggage anywhere-other you step on it. First room (No. 006) given to us had a window to alight shaft with giant, noisy ventilation pipes. After complaining we got an even schmaller room - but with a window with a view to the street, which was rather quiet.

Very clean hotel, reception staff very nice, and location good as well as it was close to Kensington Gardens - Hyde Park and underground stations.

two almost empty toilet rolls in bathroom on the day of arrival, had to ask for new ones, bed sagged a bit in the middle

The location is indeed very good: plenty of coffee shops, restaurants , pubs, two underground stations and hyde park all at a walking distance.

The rooms at this hotel are incredibly small of size, a grown man over 1.80M in hight will find it very hard to take a shower. The pictures shown in the site do not truly represent the actual size of the rooms.I will not be coming back to this hotel.

The staff were very helpful. Room decor was excellent.

The single room in the basement was the pits. It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. There was a huge extraction fan outside the window which despite the double glazing kept me awake most of the night. Guests should be provided with ear plugs. If you get a basement room, ask to be moved.

We liked the modern design of the hotelinterior and the very quiet location in a back street

We found the rooms and bathrooms (although with intelligent design) to be much too small for a 4 star location. You couldn't even walk around the bed and there was no sufficient space to store clothes or toiletries etc. No place to write a letter either etc. We also did not like the breakfastroom to be in the basement with no windows and quite cramped as well (choice of food was excellent though).

We liked the rooms although a bit small. Staff service and about all the cleanliness and the decoration. The hotel is very well placed. Will definetelly recommended.

Comfortable clean rooms and a pleasent location. easy access to the city center.

They do not currently except Visa Electron as a payment card (but this is no major problem)

noisy - lots of people talking outside room and out the front of hotel early in the morning - all loudly!
