the bathroom was pretty well-designed. The breakfast definitely is not worth its price tag. Avoid it. The staff forgot our wake-up call. The room was, as expected, small. The hairdryer is tied to the desk in the room and outside the bathroom. |

The staff were very helpful. Room decor was excellent. The single room in the basement was the pits. It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. There was a huge extraction fan outside the window which despite the double glazing kept me awake most of the night. Guests should be provided with ear plugs. If you get a basement room, ask to be moved. |

We liked the modern design of the hotelinterior and the very quiet location in a back street We found the rooms and bathrooms (although with intelligent design) to be much too small for a 4 star location. You couldn't even walk around the bed and there was no sufficient space to store clothes or toiletries etc. No place to write a letter either etc. We also did not like the breakfastroom to be in the basement with no windows and quite cramped as well (choice of food was excellent though). |

I have been located on the basement without notice. After long discussion, I have been relocated to the 4th floor. |

We liked the rooms although a bit small. Staff service and about all the cleanliness and the decoration. The hotel is very well placed. Will definetelly recommended. My room was a bit small, the's the only thing I would critisize. |

Very well equipped - modern design-excellent location and comfortable bed.Did not try the breakfast which was expensive. The configuration of my room require you to watch the TV only from the bed. It could not be viewed from elsewhere and there was no chair! |

Comfortable clean rooms and a pleasent location. easy access to the city center. They do not currently except Visa Electron as a payment card (but this is no major problem) |

The location is great, for people who want to hang around the west end. It is not located in some dodgy alley, but in a very pretty street. |

The room was clean. As in other remarks the room was so tiny you can not unpack a normal suitcase. Bathroom very small, tolilet basin so small when you wash your face water fall on your feets. Despite been London you can not have 4 starts and made this over abuse of space. |

Close to shops and public transport The staff were pretty good although when it came time to check out wouldn't even call a taxi, give me a number for a taxi or help just told me to go wait on the street in the rain will probably not recommend the hotel to anyone after that. Also the picture of the room versus how small it actually was I would rather spend my money somewhere else. |

The bed was comfortable The internet went down during our stay which caused me problems with having to find a internet cafe to check flights details and business emails. Rooms are nice but very small, not much room to move! |

Hotel Staff is coperative and very good. They understand customers requirements and fit them based on best availability Hotel is categorized 4 Star whereas based on the facilities and overall it should not be categorized more than 2 star. Rooms are very small. |

The staff were excellent and very friendly, also the room had everything you would need for a short stay. Extremely close to good tube lines as well (circle and central) and lots of amenities nearby. The window in my room did not close properly and because of the room's close proximity to the heating vents outside, it was like a sauna in my room even with the aircon on. Very uncomfortable for trying to get a good night's sleep before an interview the next morning! |
