Good location, close to Kensington Park, tube station. Nice area. Facing a garden. We were first allocated a double room which was the smallest hotel room we have ever seen - only around 6ft X 7ft. Then, we were offered to upgrade with breakfasts to a clubroom for additional ₤15 per day. We finally settled for ₤10, but the breakfasts were mysteriously cut (we found out later). That was a bit cunning. For what we paid in total, there were many other choices in the city. |

The bed was probably the best I had ever slept on. The internet was very good. The elevator (lift) was broken and I was on the top floor. The staff lost my luggage in the hotel by placing it in the wrong room. The room was a little small but great just for sleeping. |

Hotel staff has been very helpful, I have been able to warm my food in the Hotels microwave, been able to stored my luggage temporarily then not staying, sleeping on the sofa one time (oops) then I was not able to find a hotel, been able to check in early then again not been able to find a room, its clean and modern rooms and great value for what you get considering standard, service, location and... There are some things that could be improved in no particular order: Get the temperature in the rooms working properly (according to my gauge it varies from 16 to 24 degrees). The computer in the club lounge has temporarily working poorly or not working at all (internet). In the rooms the internet via the TV screen has not worked at all. Ordering movies have been worked in 2 out of 3 rooms. |

It has been recently refurbished and everything inside looks good. The staff are courteous, and they will try to accommodate all your needs. The location, in an Edwardian style area, is lovely, with views onto a garden in Prince's Square. It also has a nice pub very close, and a pint there at the end of a long day of sightseeing is just perfect. The hotel was overbooked when we arrived, and they tried to have us stay in another, same-standard hotel 15 minutes' drive away, which we refused. They then made a lot of calls and booked us in one of their sister hotels, very close to the initial location where we also received an upgrade. We had to be very firm throughout this situation, but, in the end, it all turned out fine. |

I liked liked the experience. It is probably the best priced hotel for the quality of facilities you are provided with. There were a few reviews saying the rooms are to small, with lots of noise polution. Can I just say if you expect to pay £50 a night and get more, you are living in another world! The room size was small but fine for staying in. The air conditioning made a noise but it is not bad compared to soem hotels I have stayed at that charge £100-£150 a night. |

Good standard of room decor, furnishings & fittings etc. Good location. Very poor communication skills of reception staff & porter. Room unbelievably small. Heated mirror required 7' person. Poor lighting to shave. Noisy. Needed to stand by door to see TV!? Restaurant had too many tables & chairs... you try walking with a coffee to your table? I have to stay again in the next few weeks.... not looking forward to it & would have changed hotel if I could. |

convenient location, friendly staff, modern furnishings. room a little cramped, small window in corner did not allow much natural light in to room, very hot with poor ventilation which meant air conditioning had to be on all the time (during May). |

Location good. Hotel quiet. Steps inside the door to the room were very tight and difficult to negotiate with a suitcase. |
