Sijainti oli loistava, ja henkilökunta oli avuliasta. Isompi kyltti ulkopuolelle. Taksikuskimme ei löytänyt perille, ja kävelimme muutaman kerran hotellin ohi sitä etsiessämme, koska kyltti oli niin huomaamaton. |

The hotel is very smart and exceptionally clean. Our room was small however very comfortable and well designed for a small place. The staff were very polite and super helpful. The traditional breakfast lovely and buffet style so you could fill up for your busy day. I would return without a doubt at the reduced price of course. Myself and my partner are small people the room would not be suitable for a tall or large person as there simply is no room. |

Just revnovated bedrooms, helpful staff Single rooms are so small!! The first one I had was very noisy because of the outside airco + so warm because the window was on a very very small courtyard. I asked to change and the second one was a bit better, still small but at least with an outside view. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful, there was a 28" flatscreen at the bottom of the bed (Room 409). The bathroom was brand new, clean, soft close loo seat - the works! The room was small, but don't let it put you off booking a Club room as it's very comfortable and plenty of "extra's". |

The room was small but decorated in a modern way. The hotel was clean and the location was quite good as it was within ten minutes walk of both Bayswater and Notting Hill Gate tube stations. The room was quite small, although I thought they made good use of space. The television had limited channels(not even all the usual digital terrestrial channels you get on freeview) and there is only a shower, no bath. That said, those factors did not bother me. |

The rooms decor was brand new and very stylish The hotel staff were not very friendly/welcoming. Before i got to the hotel i had to call them and ask for directions, the person on the other end of the phone wasnt very friendly or helpful. People skills on the reception staff need serious attention in this hotel. The Hotel room was pathetic. I booked a deluxe room and have to say it was the smallest room i have ever seen. Very Claustrophobic. |

I liked it's style and thought it was very well cleaned and well kept. I felt very comfortable there. Only that I thought the main lobby style was a little unusual. However compared to the other nearby hotels, this one really seemed better put together. |
