Hyvä sijainti,lyhyt matka metroon,lähellä kivoja kahviloita, pubeja, ravintoloita. Mukavaa aluetta!

Ensimmäinen huono jonka saimme oli aivan uskomattoman pieni,ei edes saatu matkalaukkua auki. Valitettuamme asiasta pääsimme seuraavana päivä reissun loppuajaksi isoon club-roomiin.

Sijainti oli hyvä, huoneet olivat todella siistit ja kauniisti sisustetut.

Huone ja koko hotelli oli todella todella pieni! Todellisuus ei vastannut kuvia, joita hotellin sivuilla näytetään.

Englantilaisten hotellien tason huomioon ottaen, hotelli oli laadultaan loistava (parempi kuin monet luksuksena mainostetut hotellit Englannissa). Hotelli oli pienen tuntuinen, mutta tunnelmallinen, nykyaikainen ja mukava. Sijainti oli myös loistava eli hyvällä etäisyydellä ostosmahdollisuuksista, ravintoloista ja maanalaisesta.

Huone oli hieman pieni, mutta se on Lontoossa yleistä. Henkilökunta oli hieman pidättäytyväistä (ei tervehtinyt kolmen yöpymisen aikana kuin tullessa ja lähtiessä). Palvelu oli kuitenkin asiallista ja ystävällistä.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja joustavaa. Huoneet pidettiin siisteinä ja ne olivat rauhallisia. Hotellin sijainti oli loistava ja turvallinen.

Huonekoot olivat kovin pieniä. Näkymä pohjakerroksen huoneesta oli onneton ilmanvaihtoputki harmaan seinän kera, mutta onneksi saimme huoneen vaihdettua, vaikka uusi huone oli vieläkin pienempi.

Hotelli sijaitsi erinomaisella paikalla, lähellä oli paljon ostosmahdollisuuksia ja ravintoloita. Huone oli siisti ja hyvin varusteltu.

Huone oli melko pieni ja sänky huono.

very good location, close to 3 undegraund stations. 10 minutes by walk to the Kensington Garden. But we were very surprised about the room's size - we had a "deluxe" room, which was not more then 8 sq.m - together with a bathroom !

I booked this location just to try a different area of London. I usually stay in Hampstead but this turned out to be a very nice location easily accessible by bus or tube stops. Although small, the room was very nicely appointed and I would recommend it to anyone!

Room should have been a single could only get out of one side of the bed they did move us on the third night but won't be rebooking here

Lovely room, close to city centre

the cleanliness of the room, the fact that it was renovated and decorated (although small) . when the first room they gave me appeared very noisy, they offered me a better room upon demand.

the fact that the first room they tried to give me was both very small and turned to a an inner dark space in between wings of the building with a noisy air ventilation or some other kind of machine outside. not the kind of room anybody can sleep easily in. They offered me a larger and quieter room when I refused to get the first one/

the bathroom was pretty well-designed.

The breakfast definitely is not worth its price tag. Avoid it. The staff forgot our wake-up call. The room was, as expected, small. The hairdryer is tied to the desk in the room and outside the bathroom.
