Offered as Delux 2 single rooms were just very tiny with windows facing on the ventilation system. In addition one of the rooms was dark. It's not a 4start delux room standard. We left the hotel and moved to the 3start Tavistock Hotel which was more comfortable than this one. Unfortunately the first night was priced about 50% higher than the next booked. |

Niced hotel, nice neighborhood´,everything was ok. At first we were placed to basement floor where the roomwas very nice but tiny and didn´t have air at all. Luckily they changed us to club room on the ground floor that was very good. |

They upgraded my room when they realised that we were going to be staying there for 15 days.It is in a great area and only a stones throw form Hyde Park and two tube stations.The rooms were cleaned well everyday and the rooms themselves were reasonably new. The rooms are very small,especially the single rooms but then it is London and that is the case everywhere.If you were tall the shower would be a real struggle.Book one of the larger double rooms and all will be great. |
