Really good price. For £60 for 3 people I expected a room so small that you couldn't swing a cat in but I was really surprised. Separate bedroom, huge dining & living area with full facility kitchen & washer/dryer. And free Internet! Very impressed.

£3 fee to use a locker for storing our bags before check-in.

Very basic poorly equiped apartment. Poor value for money. Parking charge on top of price.

Lack of hot water but the reception staff helped us solve that.

The apartment is in a perfect location to make the most of this fun, friendly city. The accomadation was great and above all the reception staff were excellent on arival and departure.

Price was a total rip off. Ill equipped apartment. Generally the apartments and public areas need refurbishing.

We liked how spacious and modern it was. We liked the location of where the apartments were situated.

Didn't like how after we had ran bath there wasn't any more hot water for another person to have a bath. Didn't like the fact that the aerial for the tv didn't work hardly because couldn't watch any channels. There was a hole in the corner of the bath at the bottom that was just disgusting. Also the bottom of the mattress had all stains over it which was very unhygienic and unpleasant. The mattress on the sofa bed was all wet and it hadn't been checked which wasn't nice when you sat on the sofa.

Many of the plug sockets did not work, nor did the kettle.

Location of the apartments are perfect, not so close to town to be noisey but not to far away that's it a pain to get to places. A 5 minute walk and you are in Liverpool 1. A bit further and your at Albert Docks. Staff were good and parking was easy. Free WiFi and a Tesco express is just next door.

Freeview didn't work. No plugs in bath or sink. It's a little grubby in places. None of the above was brought up with staff as we only stayed 2 nights, I believe they would of sorted these issues when asked.

This hotel was right bang in the city centre with a short walk to everything. We only stayed here for one night but found it comfortable and had everything that we needed for our stay. When we went to check in, the room was not ready, so when we came back, we were upgraded to a two bedroom room.

Although the hotel was clean it was in some state of repair maintance wise, however it was explained to us that this building would be stay city apartments for much longer and that they were moving to a different location soon enough, therefore we did not mind.

Big rooms, comfy beds, good location.

Dirty mop left in the room, room wasn't ready on time, curtains wouldn't close.

Did not like the stains on the sheets of the pull out bed they were not washed and the atittude of the receptionist at the time I told her this was a disgrace

Value for money, with more or less all the essential facilities. Right in the heart of Liverpool so no need to drive or use public transport. All in all, the apartment was great and staff were helpful and friendly.

When you booked online, the description leads you to believe that there is a DVD player in the room. You have to ask at reception for this item. Not a big issue just misleading information. Also the washer/dryer was an all in one machine which was very difficult to use.

Location was excellent

Apartment was run down and in desperate need of renovation. Much like the rest of the building. Shame it wasn't a lot more like the pictures on the Internet. Very misleading!

Very spacious, good location, city centre is practically across the road!

Cleanliness, £250 deposit on arrival (knew beforehand)

It was reasonably located and not too Noisey given that it was a Friday night.

Rooms were in need of a deep clean and some refurbishment. See picture of bedroom blind and 2 heaters had scorch marks on them.

Plenty of space, surprisingly quiet considering location. Great staff. Free wifi.

Lighting was a bit dim in places around the roo,. Missing scart lead so tv wouldn't work.

On our first night they security staff man was exceptionally helpful, he came and looked at the cooker himself although could not fix it, he allowed us access to another room for that one night to allow us to use that cooker. He passed our details onto maintenance. They rest of your staff fell down. We did however deal with all of this and enjoyed our stay despite this but some customer service and sticking to your word would have benefited our stay as now staying again at the same apartments is debatable.

Our cooker was broke, staff promised to get maintenance did not. Our Kettle was broke, our pull out bed was broke, staff ensured they would get maintenance, they did not. We had to leave food and buy new food that could work in the microwave. We had to ask the staff to let us get spare pillows and quilt from another room as we did not have them. Your receptionist on day 2 of our stay was rude and disinterested in the fact that yet again we had not saw maintenancece. Low and behold we never got a cooker fixed, we had to deal with the broken bed and we had to deal with the broken kettle.As well as this on check out when we explained that we were not happy and asked for an address to complain to the women said, no address but here is a telephone number. We never even got an apology.

Reception staff friendly and helpful . Great sized apartment. . Brilliant value. Quiet . Would stay again !!
