Staff tried hard to accommodate the family

On a weekend the hotel was mainly used by groups of teenagers on a drunken binge. The noise of them returning at 4am woke the whole family, and the rooms clearly showed the signs of the ensuing vandalism. The rooms were in a poor state of repair, and you had to guess the floor number in the lift as the buttons were all damaged. The lighting in the rooms, especially the kitchen/dining were of poor quality, low powered LEDs, which made it difficult to see, let alone cook or eat. The refrigerator freezer was so iced up the door would not close. I would be hard-pressed to give it one star.

Extra bed (sofa bed ) not comfortable.

The location was excellent the price was good the rooms were good

We didn't like the fact that we were charged €290 deposit The sofa bed was broken and a few other things were broken.. I.E. some maintemance issue.

The hotel i farily ordinary and is overpriced.

The cleanliness of the rooms were disappointing. Check in was advertised at 14:30, although rooms weren't ready until past 16:00! Apartment noise in the evening was that of student accommodation, and didn't stop until 6am! Staff on-site were unhelpful when Pre-paid parking was not available. Overall, not an enjoyable experience.

Clean, good quality, good value

Ten pounds charge for late checkout, even though it was only 12 midday and we weren't told about it beforehand.

Apartment wasn't ready when I checked in at 3pm so I was upgraded to a 2 bedroom which was amazing. Everywhere was clean and hygienic. Was really modern. Plenty cutlery and plates etc could not recommend this place enough . We are planning our next trip in the coming months

Having to pay for a locker to keep bags in, £3 is a bit expensive and until we said £3 was expected each time we needed into our locker. (This was not charged) Were able to fit 4 bags into one locker.

I enjoyed the fact that there were towels, toiletries and hairdryers as we were flying so that was a great addition. The luggage storage lockers were also hugely helpful and the 24 hour front desk. The cutelry etc in the kitchen was great too. We will definately be coming back.

We found there was a group of people over the weekend that were very noisy one of the nights. (It was not that much of an issue as we were going out for the night) Nevertheless, the shouting and running around was quite irritating after a while when the security didn't do anything for an hour or so.

Location was close to town centre. Cheaper than stayin in travelodge.

Cold showers. Had to press a boost button, to warm water up which took 20minutes to warm up. Hot water only lasted 2 minutes before you had to do it again. Broken radiators, tv had poor signal with broken remote control. Fridge/freezer wasn't cleaned out from previous visitors stay. Moody receptionist and security after coming in from a night out

Much to my pleasure had no noise, clean well equipped apartment with everything intact and working. Also free upgrade to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival which made life alot easier...no problems at all very central would recommend - outstanding value for the night at £60 for 2 adults!!
