The location is very good and the apartment concept is very convenient. The kitchen was fully equipped. The reception staff was not very nice. |

This place was disgustingly dirty, it clearly hadnt had a proper clean in months from markd walls, dirty blinds, tissues under the bed and stains in the toilet bowl! I called reception and told them, they said they would send somebody up to clean but all they done was put bin liners in the kitchen bins. Totally unnacceptable. Dont waste your money. Everything except location! |

These apartments were in a very good location The apartments were very noisy. The dvd player didn't work, water wouldn;t go down the sink in the bathroom and the flush was broken. The apartment wasn't clean. The freezer was full of ice and the oven and fridge were filthy. We saw no-one on reception during our stay and when we tried to phone nobody answered. All in all I was disappointed with our stay. I definitely wouldn't give these apartments a four star rating, they only deserve two. |

It was very central for the shops and nightlife The room we stayed in was not clean and there was no hot water initially. We phoned ahead and were told we did not need to bok car parking but on arrival there were no spaces until later in the day and so we payed for the day in a car park and the again for a full day and night to the hotel. |

The room was absolutely fantastic. Modern interior with all the gadgets. A home from home ideal for city breaks. |

Friendly staff, great location, no site car park a bonus at £12 a day Apartment room falling to bits, hard to see when this was last maintained, noisy outside very hot in rooms - no hot water, broken blinds, no toilet seat! Bit more of a 1-2* hotel in turkey |

Well i would certainly recommend these apartments to my friends but believe the people who look after them should be made to do what they are paid to do the rooms had n ot been cleaned, there was dirty cutlery in the basin, the oven did not work, the blinds on the doors and windows were mangled and in general it seemed that both staff anf cleaning staff were simply not bothered and this is a shame |

We stayed in the sister apartments near Liverpool one-great location! Very new and modern, just right size for 2 people. Would have been good to have some information in the room for places to eat/takeaway food/bars etc and places to visit in the local area. |

The weather ! Mrs C & Parents stayed, but had to be moved due to uncleanliness. another room offered but again un clean, a third room at another location taken up, clean but small not really suitable for a Wheelchair user-hence the original choice as bigger rooms/accommodation & previously stayed there ! |

we were quite central and as we were a party of 6 it was good to all be together in one space. area quite run down and dirty outside. while beds bathroom and kitchen were clean floors windows walls were very grubby giving an overall impression of being shabby. |

Ths staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Apartments are spacious. Not ideal for families. Very noisy at night due to adjacent all night pubs/bars/clubs. Further noise from drunken residents in the hotel itself. My baby kept getting up through the night - not ideal ! |

Very spacious and well equiped kitchen Reception staff could have been more friendly, we requested a hairdryer and the woman at the desk said someone would bring one up (as she was outside smoking). It was never brought up, when we went to see where it was she handed it from under her desk (obviously too lazy to take it upstairs). |

I liked the central location and the fact it wasn't a run of the mill hotel room. The idea of staying in an apartment with separate bedroom etc especially appealed as we have a five month old daughter. The young man on reception was also very helpful. This place should really be called Mount UnPleasant Apartments. I stayed with my five month old daughter and had previously called to book a cot for her to sleep in. When we arrived there was no cot but the guy on reception was very helpful and brought one right away. However, when we opened it up it was filthy- in fact it looked like it had been thrown up on and never cleaned. |

Size of apartment, value for money, facilities of apartment. Reception experience - girl was glued to personal mobile & seemed disinterested in providing a proper check-in experience. Due to her distraction she forgot to tell us the code for getting into the building after 8pm. Cleanliness of apartment - seemed a little dirty. |
