It was very convenient to most places within the city central. The apartment was very cosy and felt just like home. |

Central location; independence; spacious and warm; great base. Lack of advance info about access and getting the key; no corkscrew; dirty roasting tin in oven; and a few extra pieces of cutlery would have been welcome rather than the bare one each of everything |

These appartments are a 5 minute walk away from the shopping areas of Liverpool. The Tesco metro below the apartments is very handy for picking up anything you need. On our arrival at 11am there was noone in reception and we couldnt check in until after 2pm so had to take our suitcases with us shopping. We we got back to the apartments at 4pm a sign on the door asked us to call a number to check in...after 10 minutes waiting for the telephone to be answered we where able to access our apartment. I've stayed in Mount pleasant apartments before and there was always someone on reception to deal with any queries, we didnt see anyone at all during our stay. |

1)The bath room was not fully cleaned specially the floors. 2) the kitchen equipements are very poor and missing essential needs. 3) Internet was not there despite of several complains we made to them during our stay. |

The apartment was very comfortable and nicely furnished. The location was great. Cleanliness could have been better and some things were not supplied, such as a washing up sponge. Internet did not work for most of the stay. |

did not like the fact that we could not gain access to the building on arrival. no one was on reception and we had to make a phone call on my mobile and the person kept hanging up on me! had to wait for another resident to come to gain access to the building then use the reception phone to get code for the room key, also thought it was unreasonable to have to pay £10 per hour to check in before 2pm, even though the apartment was ready. I immediately reporting wires dangling from the light above the bath/shower by phoning the number in reception (sounded like I was calling someone at home as their was a child screaming in the backround!) no one came to repair the light, we stayed for 2 days. |

This apartment block is close to city centre. We were late arriving to find that reception was empty and during our stay we never saw any one there. You had to ring from a telephone when you needed anything. |

The apartment offered lots of space and the bed was comfortable. The check in procedure was very strange as the hotel is not staffed and had not been explained. The room was not fully clean and several things were broken. When I found the housekeeper the next day he said that it had been occupied before that for 2 months and they hadn't had time to fix everything. That wasn't really good enough. |

The staff were very friendly and supplied us with necessary things when we asked for them. The location was fantastic, and the apartment was much better value for money for 5 of us than staying in an alternative hotel. The apartment was much smaller than in the pictures. I booked an apartment for 5 and it was extremely small. The living room only had 3 seats, and we only had a set of 4 for plates/glasses etc. We were given extra when we asked, but it would have been beneficial to have 5 of each when the apartment was booked for 5. |

Good location and reasonably priced A classic case of getting what you pay for. We stayed here in the summer and everything was fine. However, during half term it just felt a little bit grubbier. The fridge door didn't shut properly, the spare duvet was stored away damp and crumpled, the toilet seat was broken and the wall in the shower area was dirty. There was also a lot more late night noise this time. For one night, it didn't really seem worth complaining, but I think we will probably look for somewhere else next time. |

The apartment was spacious, comfortable and well-located. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us the option of self-catering when we'd eaten out too many times! Arriving was very confusing. Although I had requested parking when I booked the apartment, I was given no information about where to park and initially ended up in the expensive multi-storey opposite. during our stay we never saw any member of staff at the little reception area; but we did see lots of other confused-loooking guests. I telephoned the 24 service number 5 times before getting an answer and even then was not given any information about the parking facility beneath the apartments - it was only the helpfulness of a security guard in Tesco beneath the apartments that led to me finding the parking provided by the apartments. |
