Μια χαρούλα σε εξοπλισμό το δωμάτιο, καλή εικόνα για την ποιότητα των στοιχείων στο δωμάτιο, αρκετά καθαρό, καλή σχέση τιμής-αξίας, δίπλα στο κέντρο και με το μετρό αλλά και με τα ποδαράκια (περίπου 30') ελάχιστο το μέγεθος του δωματίου, δε ήξερα καν που να βάλω το φορτιστή του κινητού, ο φορητός μόνο στα πόδια, το νερό δίπλα στο κομοδίνο, η βαλίτσα κάτω |

καθαρό, ιντερνετ free , πολυ καλη τιμη, μικρο δωματιο, το διπλο κρεβατι αρκετα μικρο, θερμοκρασια δωματιου (αρκετη ζεστη, διαχειριση του air-condition απο reception, δεν ανοιγε το παραθυρο) |

η τοποθεσία ήταν καλή , κοντά στην oxford street . κοντα σε σταθμους του underground και σταθμο τρένου. έχει στάση λεωφορείου απέναντι απο το ξενοδοχείο. Η εξύπηρέτηση ήταν πολύ καλή . το δωμάτιο που μείναμε ήταν στο υπόγειο , το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό και το μπάνιο πολύ μικρό . 2 x 1 . Δεν υπήρχε ψυγείο στο συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο αλλα μας πρότειναν να κρατήσουν στην κουζίνα τα πράγματα που ήθελαν ψυγείο. Μεγάλη τηλεόραση, η θερμοκρασία ήταν ιδανική , χρειάστηκε ν ανάψουμε aircondition μόνο μια φορά, για λίγο , παρόλο που έκανε πολύ κρύο έξω . |

The hotel was close to Central London, and was close to the Heathrow Express. Double room is too small. No tooothbrush and toothpaste, and face towel in the bathroom. No chair to sit on in the room. |

Staff were friendly and helpfull, dealt with a complaint that the TV didn't work and offered a complimentary breakfast as an apology no fridge in the room. Gym very tiny although equipped OK - but the equipment needed servicing! |

Very friendly staff - upgraded us to a better room on arrival. Hotel redecorated throughout, nice bathroom, excellent location. Fresh flowers, tea and coffee facilities in the room. |

Location is great. Very close to edgeward road and oxford str. Staff were very helpful. The single room is too too small. Room size was 2.5 X 3 meters. Bath room is too small also 1.5 x 2 meters. |

The location Reception staff were polite, I think they need to be more frendly. Good knowlage of the area to recomend restaurants, things to do. They need to be more proactive with the guest. They are just correct. Hospitlity makes a big difference. |

The room given at check-in was very small, but the hotel manager was very kind to upgrade us to a larger room, after our request and he even gave free breakfast for the last 3 nights. Staffs were extremely helpful. |

The hotel is conveniently situated between Paddington and Edgeware Road stations. Nice lobby, clean rooms, attentive staff. Nice flat TV in the room. Electric pot with tea supplies in the room. Good WiFi coverage. Elevator (though I did not need it). Miniscule rooms - no place for the suitcase. The door of the toilet hits the bed, no space to walk around the bed. There's a wired internet connection, but the table is too small to accommodate a laptop - luckily WiFi coverage is good. For 100+ pounds per night (without breakfast!) I'd expect more comfort. |

No service room service or facilities, as i was told by the staff, there is a pub round the corner! i was upgraded, so i would have hated to see the standard of the room that i paid £199 for? |

It was a good experience. The room was small, as expected, but tidy and comfortable. Housekeeping visited every day to change towels and restock tea-coffee. In our second floor room there was even wireless internet connection. All in all, a good choice. Internet connection speed and quality could be improved. |

The room although small was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. I would stay there again. Bed linen was spotless and the room was quiet. I would have liked breakfast to be included in the price of £79 per night. £15 extra to pay for breakfast I thought too much and went out locally for much less. Apart from this I really thought this a good hotel for the money. |

It was clean friendly close to ammenities such as the underground stations. We were able to leave luggage with them afer booking out of hotel and came back after 2 while we did last minute wander round london. it was a bit close in the room as no windows to fresh air though this was expected |

Free upgrade to a Club room, good quality TV and free internet reception, a decent breakfast buffet including full-cholesterol English fry-up. Room sizes generally pretty small, but that's London for you, especially at this price point. Wouldn't let me eat breakfast 20 minutes early on Sunday (leaving for a plane) because it "wasn't ready". I was looking at (and smelling!) the bacon in the serving trays! |

The location of the hotel was excellent. Very close to paddington station. The hotel was classed as 4 star, and although everything was of high quality, the room was tiny!!! It's ok for a night or two when you're just using the hotel as a base, but it was a very small room. |
