Μόνο η Κεντρική θέση τού Ξενοδοχείου Είχα κράτηση γιά Premier Suite και έμεινα σε Junior ( είπαν ότι είναι το ίδιο)Ανθρώπινη συμπεριφορά προσωπικού (Το προσωπικό ενδιαφέρεται μόνο γιά την προείσπραξη όλων των χρημάτων της Διαμονής) Σπάνιο φαινόμενο και ενώ στην κράτησή μου αναφερόταν σαφώς ότι η πληρωμή θα γινόταν κατά την διάρκεια παραμονής, Καθαριότητα, Τιμή-Παροχές. |

Professional, friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities. Couldn't be better located, right opposite China Town and on the edge of Soho. Only problems were internet access in room not working but accessed elsewhere in the hotel and the bathroom was really hot but the staff turned the heating off on request so all good! |

Personalsed services and assistance of concierge Marcin when a fellow traveler of our group lost all papers on a taxi. Pricing of hotel accommodations and breakfast supplementary meals are making London so expensive as to be a touristic deterrent. |

Staff couldnt recomend any restaraunts , didnt know where the london paladium was! 269 pounds for a premeier suite was a joke ! we could have stayed somewhere much much better for much less money - will not use this hotel again. |

excellent location in theathre land I booked a clubroom for 2 nights in this hotel, however the promised services are not given. The half bottle of wine is given only at arrival an the fridge is filled up only once for the entire stay. It was the same for the closing down service: only the first evening but not after that. The club lounge is nothing more than a 12 square meter room with a table and a computer. It this is upgrade service, I wonder how it would be if you book a normal room. |

Very Handy for the shops & Theatres Very disappointed to be given a "single" room, haveing booked & paid for a double ? Only after i spoke to reception , i was given a double for the second night. |

The hotel was close to every thing we wanted to do and see,within walking distance. The room could have been cleaner for the price we paid,ie the bed side table had lots of dust and finger marks,also the chrome at the side of the bed .Down the side of the curtains where they were away from the wall,there were lots of dust at the side of the wall.Two of the lights in the room were not working,could have been just the bulb,and the tv could only get a few channels. |

greal location - very close to the soho, picadilly circus and oxford street. the room was tiny the internet in my room did not work. got "we are working on it" all the time, but it was not fixed. |

The location of the hotel. A walking distance from most places of Soho's nightlife. Theaters, pubs, coffee shops, discos, etc The noise. My room was very quite. But outside of the room the hotel's staff kept doing a lot of noise! Talking, moving things, droping things... The whole day... Really anoying. |
