Best Western Premier Shaftesbury Hotel

Μόνο η Κεντρική θέση τού Ξενοδοχείου

Είχα κράτηση γιά Premier Suite και έμεινα σε Junior ( είπαν ότι είναι το ίδιο)Ανθρώπινη συμπεριφορά προσωπικού (Το προσωπικό ενδιαφέρεται μόνο γιά την προείσπραξη όλων των χρημάτων της Διαμονής) Σπάνιο φαινόμενο και ενώ στην κράτησή μου αναφερόταν σαφώς ότι η πληρωμή θα γινόταν κατά την διάρκεια παραμονής, Καθαριότητα, Τιμή-Παροχές.

Very Handy for the shops & Theatres

Very disappointed to be given a "single" room, haveing booked & paid for a double ? Only after i spoke to reception , i was given a double for the second night.

Location near the theater area.

I loved the location of the hotel,perfect for theatreland,Chinatown,Shopping etc

Breakfast was too exspensive

The hotel was close to every thing we wanted to do and see,within walking distance.

The room could have been cleaner for the price we paid,ie the bed side table had lots of dust and finger marks,also the chrome at the side of the bed .Down the side of the curtains where they were away from the wall,there were lots of dust at the side of the wall.Two of the lights in the room were not working,could have been just the bulb,and the tv could only get a few channels.

great hotel lovely room brilliant view out of window perfectly placed for a west end trip as you are surrounded by theatres

greal location - very close to the soho, picadilly circus and oxford street. the room was tiny

the internet in my room did not work. got "we are working on it" all the time, but it was not fixed.

location is excellent, close to tube station and many other intresting points.

room is very very very small. when i sleep on that small bed, i can touch both walls. you cant even be able to move your things or use iron for cloths,

I booked a twin room, the room was small with three beds squased in,I found a old dirty sock in the room, one of the bed side lamps did'nt work. It was nothing like the discription given on the web site that I booked it on.

The staff was very attentive,

While they upgraded my room it was in a place were sunlight was minimal. The bathrooms need to be fixed and worked upon since the faucets were leaky
