The hotel turn down sevice was lovely. The breakfast was at a nice time in the morning and provided everyhing you'd want in a breakfast and the room service was excellent. The staff took our payment then 'realised' they didn't accept that form of card. It was all a bit of a palarva and they then had problems refunding our money so it was a bit of a black cloud over our stay until the day after when we were finally able to pay. |

It is well located in the center of the action in London, if that's what you want. Rooms are small, there is no bar, the restaurant closes early. |

The hotel was in a central location to where I wanted to be this was great as London is a rather big area when you don't know where to go. Was expecting a little more for the price of the room as it looked larger on the website and a little more asthetically pleasing. |

The room was nice - the location was very good and although we needed very little service, what we asked for was handle well. I was not aware that I couldn't park or valet at this location. I almost was given a parking ticket when I simply dropped off my bags and daghter. |

Its location, location, location. Also, the room was very nice, the bathroom was good and the staff were coureous, efficient and helpful. It's not a place I could afford to use very often. Only for very special occassions. |

The location of the hotel and the romantic package available. The roses, champagn and chocolates, together with the lovely room made it a very special celebration for my wife and me. The furniture in the restaurant made it feel more like a cafe. |

the bed was comfortable and the location was great. Unfortunately i can not say anything else that was good. where do i start....... first of all i requested a few things for the room (we stayed in the romance package room, please do not waste your money) for the champayne to be changed to wine, this was not taken on board because the email i sent, and i did get a reply back saying it would be done, did not reach the hotel its self! |

The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is right in the middle of Soho, with lots of theaters and restaurants. The room was a bit small. |
