The location is convenient for theatres. 1. Even though I notified booking.com of a change to my check-in date more than 24 hours before the check-in time, the hotel charged for an extra night. 2. The rooms and bathrooms are very small. 3. There is no restaurant for dinner. 4. For what it offers, it is vastly overpriced. It does not deserve four stars.

Location is excellent. Our suite, had a lovely four poster and all the usual facilities. The Concierge (Zhivko), is an absolute Star and the young lady in the restaurant at Breakfast was also extremely helpful (and entertaining). Breakfast was first rate. Room was a little over-priced for a hotel of this category, even taking the location into consideration. Maid barged in at 08.00 am on Saturday morning to ask what time we were leaving, so she could clean.

Very central to everything. A well stocked bathroom with shower gels, shampoos etc.The bed was very comfortable. Our double room was very small and more like a single room. A bit cramped for two people.

I booked a room with twin beds. It was a birthday present for my daughter's 40th birthday. The room had a double bed and a very small single bed squeezed into a corner which was difficult to access. This was not what I expected and I was very disappointed. Also the staff brought us the wrong luggage to our room. This did not give a very good impression of your hotel and as it was a very special weekend I was embarrassed that everything was not as I had hoped.

The room was very quiet in spite of being at the front of the building on the street. Tastefully furnished. Free tea/coffee/water/fruit . Lovely bathroom and efficient AC. Bedside lighting not brilliant.

- location and proximity to Oxford street and Regent street - the staff went out of their way to assist and were very helpful - breakfast was okay and convenient - tendency of room to be hot addressed by a good air conditioning system - size of the room - small - creaky floors particularly leading to the bathroom

Location for us was excellent as we went to the Queens theatre that was literally 100yds down the road. Room very warm but the air conditioning did fetch the temperature down after a time. The bar closing at 21-00hrs was a bit disappointing as we would have liked to have had a peaceful drink afterwards. Ok there was a mini bar in the room but its not the same.

The location was perfect for our purposes - trips to Covent Garden, Pizza Express Jazz Club in Dean Street. Nr to tube for visiting St Paul's, the City and South Bank. Hotel was clean, all facilities to hand and the staff very friendly and efficient.
