The location of the hotel. A walking distance from most places of Soho's nightlife. Theaters, pubs, coffee shops, discos, etc The noise. My room was very quite. But outside of the room the hotel's staff kept doing a lot of noise! Talking, moving things, droping things... The whole day... Really anoying. |

Great location, rooms a reasonable size, not bad value considering London prices for the city centre. |

Honestly nothing I booked a twin room, the room was small with three beds squased in,I found a old dirty sock in the room, one of the bed side lamps did'nt work. It was nothing like the discription given on the web site that I booked it on. |

The staff was very attentive, While they upgraded my room it was in a place were sunlight was minimal. The bathrooms need to be fixed and worked upon since the faucets were leaky |

Staff were helpful & pleasant - lively central location and comparatively speaking the rate was very good. Room a little small and the door card system a bit erratic! On 2 separate occasions I had to go back to reception as the card did not work.It did not bother me but if you were a light sleeper traffic noise could be tiresome. |

The reception staff and porters were very friendly. Location was fabulous as we were in london to see a series of musicals and it meant we could walk from one to the other. Our twin room was very small (110) with some oversized furniture. the chair was wobbly. The biggest draw back wa that the Air conditioning unit was very noisy which meant we could not ahve it on trough the night resulting in a very broken nights sleep. |

Location excellent, staff good, breakfast good Room and bathroom were not clean - stains on curtains, tiles in bathroom dirty. Not what I expect of a so-called 4* hotel. Room was also quite small; ok for 1 but too small for 2. |

Location can't get better Despite confirmed booking, the hotel reception tried to move us to another hotel elsewhere, but we refused, since the location wouldn't have been as good |
