繁華街の真ん中にあるので、食事やショッピングに便利でした。特に中華街が近いので、洋食に飽きても大丈夫- です。ホテルは水まわりもキレイで、基本的には快適でした。 料金の割には部屋が狭い感じがしますが、場所的に仕方ないのかもしれません。 |

当たり前のようにリフトが故障して動かなかった。チェックアウトの日、フロントを通してベルボーイに荷物を- 降ろしてもらうように頼んだが、直ぐに行かせるといいながら、まったく来なかった。飛行機の時間もあり、仕- 方がないので20キロ以上のスーツケースを５階から階段でおろした。チェックアウトのときにそのことを言っ- たら、これまた当たり前のように誰もいなかったのでといわれた。 |

ピカデリー広場に近く、賑やかで夜遅く出歩いても大丈夫なロケーションでしたが、滞在時エレベータが不調で- 多々動かない時がありました。毎回4階分の階段を昇降するのは正直しんどかった･･･計3泊したのですが、- ２日目のタオル等が換えられてなかった（これもありがちですが）。部屋にあるTVでインターネットが使える- はずなのですが、これも繋げるとフリーズして全く役に立たず。但し、浴室は豪華でシャワーの出もヨーロッパ- ではないみたいで快適でしたし、ポット・インスタントコーヒー、紅茶、ウェルカムフルーツ等があり朝食代わ- りに重宝しました（しかも美味）。ロケーションは抜群ですし、フロントの方々もとても明るいので、この近辺- で観光したいのならお勧めできます。 |

シャワーのお湯の量は問題無く快適で、地下鉄の駅までも歩いてすぐなので立地条件も問題無し。 道路に面した部屋だったので、夜中の騒音が多少気になった。 |

Professional, friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities. Couldn't be better located, right opposite China Town and on the edge of Soho. Only problems were internet access in room not working but accessed elsewhere in the hotel and the bathroom was really hot but the staff turned the heating off on request so all good! |

Personalsed services and assistance of concierge Marcin when a fellow traveler of our group lost all papers on a taxi. Pricing of hotel accommodations and breakfast supplementary meals are making London so expensive as to be a touristic deterrent. |

Staff couldnt recomend any restaraunts , didnt know where the london paladium was! 269 pounds for a premeier suite was a joke ! we could have stayed somewhere much much better for much less money - will not use this hotel again. |

excellent location in theathre land I booked a clubroom for 2 nights in this hotel, however the promised services are not given. The half bottle of wine is given only at arrival an the fridge is filled up only once for the entire stay. It was the same for the closing down service: only the first evening but not after that. The club lounge is nothing more than a 12 square meter room with a table and a computer. It this is upgrade service, I wonder how it would be if you book a normal room. |

The hotel was close to every thing we wanted to do and see,within walking distance. The room could have been cleaner for the price we paid,ie the bed side table had lots of dust and finger marks,also the chrome at the side of the bed .Down the side of the curtains where they were away from the wall,there were lots of dust at the side of the wall.Two of the lights in the room were not working,could have been just the bulb,and the tv could only get a few channels. |
