Best Western Premier Shaftesbury Piccadilly Hotel    

Location location location. Fantastic location in the heart of Theater land , close too sights museums etc.

Bedroom a little on small side.

Location is excellent Staff is very friendly and helpfull Good Breakfast

Very Expensive For the rates you pay, the rooms are small and dated.

The room was very quiet in spite of being at the front of the building on the street. Tastefully furnished. Free tea/coffee/water/fruit . Lovely bathroom and efficient AC.

Bedside lighting not brilliant.

- location and proximity to Oxford street and Regent street - the staff went out of their way to assist and were very helpful - breakfast was okay and convenient - tendency of room to be hot addressed by a good air conditioning system

- size of the room - small - creaky floors particularly leading to the bathroom

We were going to the theatre so the hotel was the perfect choice for its location. The staff, the room and the facilities were excellent.

Location for us was excellent as we went to the Queens theatre that was literally 100yds down the road.

Room very warm but the air conditioning did fetch the temperature down after a time. The bar closing at 21-00hrs was a bit disappointing as we would have liked to have had a peaceful drink afterwards. Ok there was a mini bar in the room but its not the same.

The location was perfect for our purposes - trips to Covent Garden, Pizza Express Jazz Club in Dean Street. Nr to tube for visiting St Paul's, the City and South Bank. Hotel was clean, all facilities to hand and the staff very friendly and efficient.

Location is in a very busy part of Piccadilly. Despite asking for a quiet room at the time of booking my room was at the front of the building overlooking a busy street. I had booked a single room which at the reverse of the building but was given a double. Thankfully I carry ear plugs. Otherwise room was comfortable.

I met my daughter for a short stay to visit the theatre hotel was perfect and very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was extremely good would definitely stay again

Very friendly and helpful staff particularly the young polish lady in the restuarant nothing to much trouble for her. Exellent location for the local theatres and bars.

Absolutely fantastic location it's our 5th stay at this hotel!

Being told on arrival we've been moved to a different hotel because of no heating and not being contacted before hand.

Booked this for my parents for their 50 th wedding anniversary. My mother is disabled and their room wad quite hard to move around in. I rang the hotel who apoligised then sent them a bottle of wine and chocolates then moved them to a suite which was fabulous. Excellent breakfest and staff excellent. Fantastic location for the prince edward theatre. Would go back

We didn;t actually stay at this Hotel as they had a problem with the boiler and moved us to an apartment at the Montcalm Marble Arch which was ok but a huge inconvenience

Having to be ferried between the 2 hotels, we booked the Shaftesbury because it was close to the theatre - having togo to Marble Arch was a pain and where we were moved to was an apartment and the wifi didn't work. They did give us free breakfast but this didn;t make up for the inconvenience

Ideal Location

1.Room size too small 2.Overpriced 3.Better hotels offer much larger rooms at 30% lesser price in the same or nearby locations. 4.It seems that this hotel charges only for its location.
