the location of the hotel, there is all we need in the room, close to the tube the room is too small, the water pressure is very low in the shower and we had to sit in the bath to wash ourselves |

Did not actually get to stay at the hotel as when we arrived we were told that maintainence was being done and we were moved to Hotel No. 11 on the other side of Hyde Park. No where near to the area we had planned to stay in. We were told we had to move back to Hyde Park Premier after 1 night . We refused as we did not intend spending our weekend moving between hotels. After alot of 'discussion' it was agreed we could stay at No. 11 which was a lovely hotel. |

Rooms are very compact, but facilities are modern, incl clean bathrooms & reliable broadband connection which is very important to me. 1 Lift was being renovated in March and still not completed in October. 2 rooms that are only as wide as the bed are hard to clean & vacuum. Possibly this is why I came away with two insect bites. 3 Some rooms have safes but some don't and some have safes not yet fixed to the walls which is pointless. |

Free Internet, free tea, coffee & biscuits in the room which was so nice. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and new toilet, early chick- in possibility. Only 12 local tv channels, nothing else. |

The price The TV wouldn't turn even though it was wall-mounted so it was not possible to view it straight on. The bed was tilted to one side and was extremely uncomfortable; nearly fell off a few times because its springs had completely died and it should have been replaced. This was especially disappointing. |

The location was great. Nestled between Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate underground. The room was modern and well decorated, however was a little on the cramp side. |

the location was good, it really wasnt very far from anywhere. the staff were polite and helpful. it was a single room with a (small) double bed, there really wasnt any room at all and the shower room was tiny, it really was a struggle to fit in it and i am by no means a large chap! the photos on the web site were very misleading and unfortunately we were there when the lift was undergoing repair and we were put on the third floor, even though i believe rooms below us were empty. |

Fair rooms, with new toilet, great english inspiret rooms, with extra bed and free internet. The hotel is quite close to the Underground which is great, when you're travelling to the center of London. The elevator didn't work, because they were getting a new one. |

The hotel is centrally located (but on a quiet street) and offers very good value for money. The rooms are of reasonable size, they have nice big TVs and the ensuite shower rooms are modern and well furnished. There's a good selection of restaurants nearby and a choice of Paddington or Central Line tubes. Only minor issues, such as my room was equipped with a fridge but it didn't work, and the air-conditioning system is a little noisy. |

Close to areas I wanted to visit. Close to tube stations. Situated in quite a nice area. The ironing board and iron were not very clean and a bit "cheap" |

Bathroom was very clean. Room was the smallest I have ever stayed in, in London (most London rooms are small but this was ridiculous). Carpet in room was filthy, my bare feet were black after walking on it. Directions said 2 mins from Hyde Park, more like 15 mins. Would not stay there again, nor recommend anyone else to I'm afraid. |

The room was clean and furnished well. Liked the fact that there were biscuits in the room which is rare these days. Better TV with more radio channels. |

Price is very cheap and location is very good. It has air-conditioner. And I think room is very nice for me as well. You may think that room is very small if you are big. And elevator does not work but staff will help you. It was very noisy at weekend night. |
