The size of the room was ok. Air-conditioning was sufficient to keep us cool. The shower hasnt got a proper blind, water was all over the toilet after shower. There was half bottle of water left in a non-cold fridge. |

The location, the polite staff and the renovated rooms. The rooms were quite small and one night it felt very hot in the room. Otherwise it was a very good hotel. |

The only thing to say is that it was central. They had to move me 4 times for a good room, they tried to charge me double for a taxi I have ordered, I wanted a balck cab and they gave me their own taxi cab, for a 3 minute journey to Paddington. |

the staff were very friendly & very helpfull they were very willing for us to leave our luggage when we arrived early & after we had booked out. We were not told in advance that the lift was being refited & that our room was on the 4th floor although a staff member did bring our luggage up to the room.this caused me a problem in as much as I suffer with COPD a breathing disorder the room was very small the fridge did not work. Due to the weather being very hot & the fact that the wall heaters in the bathroom came on with the lights? |

I loved the place.. It was very comfy.. Clean and stylish though it was a bit small but yet has every thing you need. The lift was under construction so You have to carry your baggage upstairs. Breakfase was not included in the price. |

Location air conditioning did not work, elevator did not work. The room was too small to be used as a "double." It should have been a single. You had to crawl over the bed to blow dry your hair at the mirror. Absolutely no room. The end of the bed was at the end of the desk. The picture given is not what the room looked like. |

Did not enjoy my stay at all. Arrived early and even though my room was ready they would not offer basic customer service... Had to sit in the waiting area until 2 pm... Room was at the top of the steps which made it really loud, one can hear all doors shutting and people walking up and down stairs throughout the night. |

Location was great. Paid for executive room but first received a damp room in basement. A/C did not work. Elevator and hotel kitchen were not working. This is a 3-star hotel at best. |

We found this hotel convenient for its ease back and forth into the City of London via the tube. The staff were very helpful and professional. We would stay again without hesitation. |

Location - near Paddington and Hyde park, yet in quiet position. Had a good feel about it - hard to describe. Plenty of restaurants and facilties nearby. Staff were helpful. Price was excellent. The lift is being replaced (April/May 09) so lots of stairs - but they did give me a free breakfast to compensate ! Hotel is one of the numerous London hotels built in an old regency type building - which tend to result in smaller and somewhat cramped rooms. |

The rooms are nice and comfortable, quite big in size. The hotel is not too big but it is a pleasant place to stay in. |
