Location, fair breakfast, good service at reception.

Rooms are very small taking into account price, cleaning of rooms only average at best.

The internet Wi-Fi was not available in the rooms; you have to leave your room and come to the waiting room to access the internet.

It was a very cozy hotel. Clean and front desk staff where helpful , smilely, sweet and very curtious. Yes rooms arent large, but its England. Plenty of shops in the blocks around. Paddington Station a 7 min walk good location for all kinds of travel.Very nice breakfast room/lobby..a computer to use and a nice place to hang out and relax.Very good internet free...

I believe we should have had a safe in the room. The front desk did put it in there safe in front of us...maybe other rooms had? We didnt ask.

I cant comment on this hotel because as soon as I arrived I got told I cant stay here and that they were going to send me to one of there sister hotels.this wasnt far away though and was offered free taxi and breakfast the next day for my inconvience.the hotel I did stay in wasnt to bad.the staff at the desk were very nice and helpfull. The internet was free to use and my room had nice shower and tv.

The stairs were very narrow. Wouldnt want to be carrying a big bag down to the basement. My room was very small but I only staying one night so was fine for me.some strange noises woke me early in the morning. The water pipes for one and also what sounded like a fax machine noise but I dont know were that was coming from. Also the bar is very basic. 2 bottled beers only.had wine and shorts but would like to see more selection.

Shabby room, torn curtains, broken window, mould and previous guests hair in shower (could not face using it!). A disappointing booking. Won't use that hotel ever again and could never recommend it.

The hotel was very easy to find very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite small but decorated very nice.

The bed wasnt very comfortable and the room was very hot.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was really value for money, and the location was good for me as there is good access to good restaurants and groceries shops.

My only suggestion is to have a longer LAN cable in the room. I stayed in a single room and there was no chair in the room. The chair is not an issue but I couldn't work on my laptop on the bed as the cable was not long enough.

Looking to keep the budget low so didn,t expect grand luxe. The hotel was much better than expected. Only 5 mins walk from Paddington. Hotel staff very friendly. Very limited public areas in hotel: lobby just 2 settees and 2 computers but that was all I needed. Room was not as small as previous reviewers suggested. Room well furnished modern, recently refurbished with fantastic brand spanking new shower room with powerful shower and oodles of hot water. Perfect. No complaints and for £117 for 2 nights couldn't be bettered I think. Didn't try the breakfast as plenty of other choices around London and at £12-15 sounded a bit steep.

Welcoming staff allowed early entry - short stay so little contact but I enjoyed the stay and staff made everything easy.

Tv wasnt tuned and bedside lught disnt work - wasntvworth worrying about for the short time we were in the room.
