Que fue rapido de encontrar.

Si que cuando llegamos nos cobraron mas de lo que ponia en un principio pasaron de un precio a otro,que seguramente seria el iva y eso no lo decis en la pagina.

Facilidad y rapidez de check-in / out Internet gratuito por cable en habitación y wi-fi en zona de estar también gratis metro Lancaster a 5' andando, bus también cercano, bien comunicado.

Las almoadas y el colchón bastante incómodos es cierto que entra luz por el baño por la mañana no hay ascensor, pero están trabajando en ello

Nos gustó mucho la cama y su edredón. El baño estaba muy bien equipado. También su situación en la ciudad es destacable.

Los cristales de la ventana estaban sucios.

-La última noche nos quedamos sin agua caliente en la habitación, nos cambiaron de habitación y tampoco habia agua caliente. la solución que nos dieron fué ir a ducharnos a otra habitación, pero finalmente tampoco fué posible. bos dijeron que nos compensaban dándonos el desayuno gratis, y cdo nos vieron x la mañana no sabéna ni quienes eramos!!

La ubicación del hotel

Habitación vieja y sucia, practicamente en un sótano. Baño increiblemente pequeño. Sin calefacción

The staff was able to check me in at 9 am and I did not have to wait for the 14h , a regular check-in time, which was important for me since I had an early appointment and had to change after trip, they gave me the first available clean room which is really nice and not so common. Location is very nice, the room and bathroom are small but clean.

Pressure of water is sometimes very low in the shower in the upper floors. Room is quite small if you have a very big suitcase.

The hotel is located in a quite are and 7min walking to the underground station.

very very small rooms, even the double ones, left did not work for the first 2 days. Pathroom was very small. Wireless internet in the seconde floor was not good and i had to use the wire to access the internet.No chair for the desk to work on, and i had to use the bed to do my work.

The quiet yet very convenient location, friendliness of staff, very clean and totally functional bathroom, and the very good breakfasts.

The bedroom was extremely small, in fact a little too small.

Staff were friendly at front office.

Very misleading room description. Our room was classed as 'Executive Double' (with a suggested normal full price of over £500 per night). It was the smallest double room we have ever stayed in during our regular visits to London. In fact it was so small that you had to physically climb over the edge of the bed to get to the other side of the room. Due to its size, it was very hot and airless, despite the window being open. When we asked to change rooms, we were told they were all the same size, but next day, we saw there were some considerably bigger.

Front desk staff were unfriendly and requested payment upfront before even greeting us. Not a 4 star service by any means

Did not actually get to stay at the hotel as when we arrived we were told that maintainence was being done and we were moved to Hotel No. 11 on the other side of Hyde Park. No where near to the area we had planned to stay in.

We were told we had to move back to Hyde Park Premier after 1 night . We refused as we did not intend spending our weekend moving between hotels. After alot of 'discussion' it was agreed we could stay at No. 11 which was a lovely hotel.

hotel was clean and the staff were very polite and helpfull. the hotel served it perpose for a weekend shopping break.

no lift, rooms on the small side and the rooms were very warm although there was air conditioning it was on the noisy side

they changed the room for the second night

i specifically asked in my booking.com reservation for two separate beds and we got one queen size bed.
