Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla ja siisti. Huoneemme siivottiin joka päivä. Henkilökunta oli mukavaa ja avusti aina tarpeen mukaan. Huoneemme oli melko pieni mutta hintaansa nähden aika ylellinen. Emme nauttineet aamiaista hotellissa (Lontoossa tunnetusti hieman "heikkoja"), mutta huoneessa olevat jääkaappi sekä vedenkeitin mahdollistivat oman aamupalan valmistamisen. Huoneessa oli ilmastointi. Hotelliin on rakenteilla hissi, mutta meitä ei portaiden kiipeäminen juuri haitannut. Metrorata kulkee hotellin läheltä, joten alimpiin kerroksiin siitä saattaa aiheutua meluhaittaa (huoneemme oli kolmannessa kerroksessa, joten meitä metro ei haitannut). |

Hotelli oli hyvällä alueella lontoossa, todella rauhallinen paikka. Eikä kävely matka ollut pitkä, joka ilta kävelimme hotellille. Suihkukoppi oli todella pieni, isompi mies varmaan tuskin mahtuisi sinne. |

Hyvä sijainti, sopivan rauhallinen, siisti, mutkaton palvelu. Nykyisellä euron kurssilla hinta-laatu -suhde on kohdillaan. Remontissa ollut hissi ja se, ettei langaton verkko toiminut aivan täysillä. Huoneessa oli toki kaapeliyhteys, mutta sylimikro ei suostunut toimimaan sen kanssa. |

Aamupala, kylläkin maksulinen, mutta varsin hyvä. Mukava ulkoasu ja sisustus, tosin sisältö ei vastannut ulkoasua. Metrolle kätevä mennä eli sijainti! Eipä ollut ilmastointia tai lämmön säätöä lainkaan huoneissa! Huone oli kuin sauna tai kylmä kuin iglu eli ei mitään tasoa huoneen lämmityksessä ja muka 4 tähteä! Tosi likaiset tyynyt, verhot jne. Veden/suihkun paine aivan onneton! Remontti takapihalla ja muutenkin melua paljon suhteessa 4 tähteen! Ei tosiaankaan ollut mitä odotti 4 tähden hotellilta. KOkemusta hotelleista erittäin paljon! |

The staff was able to check me in at 9 am and I did not have to wait for the 14h , a regular check-in time, which was important for me since I had an early appointment and had to change after trip, they gave me the first available clean room which is really nice and not so common. Location is very nice, the room and bathroom are small but clean. Pressure of water is sometimes very low in the shower in the upper floors. Room is quite small if you have a very big suitcase. |

The hotel is located in a quite are and 7min walking to the underground station. very very small rooms, even the double ones, left did not work for the first 2 days. Pathroom was very small. Wireless internet in the seconde floor was not good and i had to use the wire to access the internet.No chair for the desk to work on, and i had to use the bed to do my work. |

Getting upgraded to a five star hotel! Lift not working, No bar, No parking, air conditioning not working. I did not think it was an excecutive room that I booked for my husbands 40th birthday! |

The quiet yet very convenient location, friendliness of staff, very clean and totally functional bathroom, and the very good breakfasts. The bedroom was extremely small, in fact a little too small. |

Staff were friendly at front office. Very misleading room description. Our room was classed as 'Executive Double' (with a suggested normal full price of over £500 per night). It was the smallest double room we have ever stayed in during our regular visits to London. In fact it was so small that you had to physically climb over the edge of the bed to get to the other side of the room. Due to its size, it was very hot and airless, despite the window being open. When we asked to change rooms, we were told they were all the same size, but next day, we saw there were some considerably bigger. |

Great location and clean room. Friendly staff carried my suitcase to the third floor and returned to fix my internet connection and show me how the lights worked (it's a complicated system!). The lift was out of action and as a pregnant lady, climbing the stairs to the third floor was a challenge, but I didn't ask for my room to be changed. Internet connection was painfully slow and I gave up in the end. I was awoken the next morning by talking and banging in the corridor - the room doors could be better sound-proofed. |

the location of the hotel, there is all we need in the room, close to the tube the room is too small, the water pressure is very low in the shower and we had to sit in the bath to wash ourselves |

Did not actually get to stay at the hotel as when we arrived we were told that maintainence was being done and we were moved to Hotel No. 11 on the other side of Hyde Park. No where near to the area we had planned to stay in. We were told we had to move back to Hyde Park Premier after 1 night . We refused as we did not intend spending our weekend moving between hotels. After alot of 'discussion' it was agreed we could stay at No. 11 which was a lovely hotel. |

Rooms are very compact, but facilities are modern, incl clean bathrooms & reliable broadband connection which is very important to me. 1 Lift was being renovated in March and still not completed in October. 2 rooms that are only as wide as the bed are hard to clean & vacuum. Possibly this is why I came away with two insect bites. 3 Some rooms have safes but some don't and some have safes not yet fixed to the walls which is pointless. |

hotel was clean and the staff were very polite and helpfull. the hotel served it perpose for a weekend shopping break. no lift, rooms on the small side and the rooms were very warm although there was air conditioning it was on the noisy side |

Free Internet, free tea, coffee & biscuits in the room which was so nice. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and new toilet, early chick- in possibility. Only 12 local tv channels, nothing else. |

The price The TV wouldn't turn even though it was wall-mounted so it was not possible to view it straight on. The bed was tilted to one side and was extremely uncomfortable; nearly fell off a few times because its springs had completely died and it should have been replaced. This was especially disappointing. |

the employees at the reception in the morning really helpful.the room have a nice view.the room really clean.big flat-screen-tv..good quality faucets. good facilities like newspaper and magazine. the room don't have the sheets.the bathroom really small not confortable.i have difficult to go into the bathroom because the door (i'm medium tall).the staff on the breakfast place don't smile much and so formal.the flow shower really slow. |

the location was good, it really wasnt very far from anywhere. the staff were polite and helpful. it was a single room with a (small) double bed, there really wasnt any room at all and the shower room was tiny, it really was a struggle to fit in it and i am by no means a large chap! the photos on the web site were very misleading and unfortunately we were there when the lift was undergoing repair and we were put on the third floor, even though i believe rooms below us were empty. |

The high standard of the rooms and the hotels location. Only a little walk to the Paddington underground wich takes you to to all the sights. The breakfast was expencive. Eat out! |
