Hyde Park Premier London Paddington

Hotelli oli hyvällä alueella lontoossa, todella rauhallinen paikka. Eikä kävely matka ollut pitkä, joka ilta kävelimme hotellille.

Suihkukoppi oli todella pieni, isompi mies varmaan tuskin mahtuisi sinne.

Aamupala, kylläkin maksulinen, mutta varsin hyvä. Mukava ulkoasu ja sisustus, tosin sisältö ei vastannut ulkoasua. Metrolle kätevä mennä eli sijainti!

Eipä ollut ilmastointia tai lämmön säätöä lainkaan huoneissa! Huone oli kuin sauna tai kylmä kuin iglu eli ei mitään tasoa huoneen lämmityksessä ja muka 4 tähteä! Tosi likaiset tyynyt, verhot jne. Veden/suihkun paine aivan onneton! Remontti takapihalla ja muutenkin melua paljon suhteessa 4 tähteen! Ei tosiaankaan ollut mitä odotti 4 tähden hotellilta. KOkemusta hotelleista erittäin paljon!

The quiet location and close proximity to Hyde Park. The room was recently renovated which was a huge plus.

The rooms extremely small, lift not working ,TVdid not work the e..suite was a joke if you were a liitle bit over weight forget trying to get into it!!!!

the service was terrible. They had overbooked and put me in another sister hotel which had cockroaches and it was like 20 years old furnishings

You can hear every train that passes by. Room vibrates when every time a train goes by.

The location, the polite staff and the renovated rooms.

The rooms were quite small and one night it felt very hot in the room. Otherwise it was a very good hotel.

The staff was very friently and ready to assist and provide information

The shower was not working properly ( In most hotels plumming is a problem)

The only thing to say is that it was central.

They had to move me 4 times for a good room, they tried to charge me double for a taxi I have ordered, I wanted a balck cab and they gave me their own taxi cab, for a 3 minute journey to Paddington.

Nice room with everything I needed and everything worked. It was also very well located and represented excellent value for money.

Location

air conditioning did not work, elevator did not work. The room was too small to be used as a "double." It should have been a single. You had to crawl over the bed to blow dry your hair at the mirror. Absolutely no room. The end of the bed was at the end of the desk. The picture given is not what the room looked like.

Location was great.

Paid for executive room but first received a damp room in basement. A/C did not work. Elevator and hotel kitchen were not working. This is a 3-star hotel at best.
