Hyde Park Premier London Paddington

Forholdsvis nyoppusset hotel med meget bra beligenhet. Behjelpelig og trivelig betjening.

Gi beskjed ved booking at dere som familie ønsker rom sammen, hvis ikke kan dere havn laaaaangt fra hverandre.

Greit hotell men meget små rom. Ny heis under instalasjon, AC virket ikke, Kjøleskap virket ikke.

Bedre rengjøring av bad.

Sentral og lettvinn beliggenhet trekker opp. Rene og pene rom som var helt nyrenovert så det ut til.

Rommene er veldig små. Jeg hadde dobbeltrom aleine og det var trangt. Heisen virket ikke, men jeg bodde i 2.etage så det gikk veldig greit.

The hotel is located in a quite are and 7min walking to the underground station.

very very small rooms, even the double ones, left did not work for the first 2 days. Pathroom was very small. Wireless internet in the seconde floor was not good and i had to use the wire to access the internet.No chair for the desk to work on, and i had to use the bed to do my work.

The quiet yet very convenient location, friendliness of staff, very clean and totally functional bathroom, and the very good breakfasts.

The bedroom was extremely small, in fact a little too small.

Staff were friendly at front office.

Very misleading room description. Our room was classed as 'Executive Double' (with a suggested normal full price of over £500 per night). It was the smallest double room we have ever stayed in during our regular visits to London. In fact it was so small that you had to physically climb over the edge of the bed to get to the other side of the room. Due to its size, it was very hot and airless, despite the window being open. When we asked to change rooms, we were told they were all the same size, but next day, we saw there were some considerably bigger.

Front desk staff were unfriendly and requested payment upfront before even greeting us. Not a 4 star service by any means

Did not actually get to stay at the hotel as when we arrived we were told that maintainence was being done and we were moved to Hotel No. 11 on the other side of Hyde Park. No where near to the area we had planned to stay in.

We were told we had to move back to Hyde Park Premier after 1 night . We refused as we did not intend spending our weekend moving between hotels. After alot of 'discussion' it was agreed we could stay at No. 11 which was a lovely hotel.

hotel was clean and the staff were very polite and helpfull. the hotel served it perpose for a weekend shopping break.

no lift, rooms on the small side and the rooms were very warm although there was air conditioning it was on the noisy side

they changed the room for the second night

i specifically asked in my booking.com reservation for two separate beds and we got one queen size bed.

The location was great. Nestled between Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate underground.

The room was modern and well decorated, however was a little on the cramp side.

the employees at the reception in the morning really helpful.the room have a nice view.the room really clean.big flat-screen-tv..good quality faucets. good facilities like newspaper and magazine.

the room don't have the sheets.the bathroom really small not confortable.i have difficult to go into the bathroom because the door (i'm medium tall).the staff on the breakfast place don't smile much and so formal.the flow shower really slow.
