The location is ideal, easy walk to shopping, trains and bus. Very nice breakfast staff, good selection at breakfast and very quiet. The stairs are narrow and steep with right angle turns and heavy fire doors....a bit difficult for senior citizens, The mattresses were also on the firm side, but all in all it is a most pleasant hotel, and very clean. |

A good quality hotel in a very pleasant part of London at a very reasonable rate. Aircraft noise until late at night but you have to accept this if you want to stay in Richmond. |

Clean. Convenient to shops and railway and theatre. Breakfast, a bare minimum but good. 1. TV did not work properly. News channel had picture but no sound. When I asked for this to be looked into I was met withba surly attitude and told nothing could be done. Some of the receptionists had a bad grasp of English. On 2 occasions my room was not serviced at all. Once I had to supply my own toilet paper. The water taps do't work properly. The shower was temperamental. |

Very convenient, helpful and friendly staff. Nice room and excellent shower. Ground floor windows which could not be left open for security reasons. Only an issue because hot weekend. |

Good location, staff pleasant, modern facilities, Buffet breakfast was good. Good rates. Standard of cleanliness could have been a little better, very dusty tv screen, limescale build up on shower, hairs in bath etc, but nothing too bad. |

Very convenient for Richmond station, most staff were very friendly, comfortable bed and plenty of hot water. Room was a bit noisy - on the main road with traffic and aircraft noise - but that's not the fault of the hotel. Also a bit hot when the sun shone. |

The bed was comfy and the room was clean. The woman on reception was unbelievably obnoxious and rude to the extent that it was almost funny, i have never met anyone this rude in my life, she made Basil Fawlty look tame. The en-suite Bathroom was not very clean. |

I really liked the room colors, the neighborhood appeared safe, and enjoyed the breakfast area with all of the windows. |

The location was very good, close to the center of town and near restaurants. The beds and pillows were comfy. The sink in the bathroom was too small and there were separate hot and cold faucets. It made it impossible to get warm water to use. |

location is good - close to the railway station & town centre The room was dusty and the remote control for the T.V didn't work - I had to climb up on a chair in order to turn over channels/volume as the T.V was on a bracket up near the ceiling. |

The basic single room (no ensuite) was spacious, well-furnished and comfortable. Continental breakfast was perfectly adequate. Good location for tube and local shops / restaurants. Hotel was too hot, which meant leaving windows open a lot and so suffering noise from the busy road outside. One of the shared bathrooms had a defective shower cabinet. |

Reception Staff went out of there way to accomodate anything we asked for. Also nice to have the freedom of all hours to come & go as you wish. Beds were extremely comfortable & clean. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Also cleaning lady did not always replace all the requirements used on a daily basis in the roon & bathroom, but reception sorted that out as soon as we asked. |

Rooms were of a good size and clean Rooms were too hot, which meant the windows had to be left open and resulted in a very noisy, hot sleepless night. The requested alarm call was not given. DIY breakfast! |
