Very good location to train station; lovely welcoming staff; clean and compact
Toilet and shower rooms facilities could be heated more.
Clean and comfortable, parking is excellent and a great location for me.
Bathroom needed a little updating and the bed was a little hard, but these are personal views.
A basic, clean hotel. Staff were helpful. Good value for money. A little walk into Richmond, but would stay again.
It was comfortable, quiet and had a good TV in the room
The tap was dripping in the bathroom.
The location is great for those who enjoy London but who don't want to be in the noisy mayhem of central. The bed is really comfy and there is plenty of storage depending on the length of your stay.
Breakfast is not good. I'm not expecting the works for the price I'm paying. Luckily I'm not usually a breakfast person, but this place doesn't inspire me to change that habit. One member of staff has terrible service and is rude. But the others are great and friendly so don't be put off.
The bed was very comfy and my room was warm and quiet. Instant hot water and everything I needed was there.
The breakfast was very basic - continental only - but perfectly adequate for me.
Very well located small hotel, excellent value and clean and tidy with helpful staff
Walls a little thin.Crack in window but not really an issue for me.
- good localization, close to trains - kind and helpfull staff - spacious room, well equipped, nice TV screen
- a litlle bit creaking floor - simple continental breakfast
Staff was kind and the single room was really clean, confortable and warm (went in november).
breakfast stops at 9, a little too early
Really good hotel, comfortable, great location, very friendly stuff.
Price for a room alone
No storage area for luggage, only an old man at the desk, Breakfast is too disappointing
very clean rooms very helpful staff and great location
Well located for trains and town center. Wifi option really useful. Staff friendly and helpful. Rates very reasonable.
I can't think of anything.
Clean tidy, Tea making facility's , Tv on wall very good , Power shower spot on . Ideal to travel in to London 30 mins away, train ,tube station bottom of road 5 mins away ,
Very noisey from 6.00am contractors staying there , No good if ha want a sleep in .
Handy for London Underground. Very basic but clean, you get what you pay for.
Limited choice of breakfast
great location. Great value for money. Helpful front desk.
dissapointed breakfast was not 'continental' as advertised. toast, limited choice of cereal
Location value for money friendly staff simple breakfast
limited availability of rooms
Good relaxed atmosphere but always felt someone was in the background for information iff required..just as it should be..well done..10/10
No milk in the room and there was no toast available at 0630hrs!
Convenient location, helpfull staff, and stored our luggage for a week till we returned for another stay.also reliable for a early wake up call.breakfast was adequate.our first stay was in the basement area which was surprisingly quiet.
Our return stay was on the top floor which was street noisy, and lacked ventilation.coffee at breakfast was tasteless.phone in the room didn't work
All round experience was good.
I found the room in the basement a little cold
Staff were helpful and polite, place was clean and tidy, perfect for a place to stay when working away
Very close to the tube station, shops, Kew gardens and the Archives. An excellent Italian restaurant and two theatres also provide convenient entertainment. The managers were very friendly and helpful.
Location -close to Richmond train station
Noisy plumbing throughout the hotel, hot water problems. Poor quality breakfast- more like a hostel
