Παιδιά κι επιπλέον κρεβάτια
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση όταν χρησιμοποιούν το υπάρχον κρεβάτι.
Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται GBP 50,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 2 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.
Προκαταβολή
100% του ποσού που αντιστοιχεί στην πρώτη διανυκτέρευση θα χρεωθεί την ημέρα κράτησης κι επιστρέφεται.

The room was big, the bed was cofortable, the sofa was nice, there was tea/coffee and cookies for us and It is very close to town center!! And other said that the walls are think and you can hear everything and everyone, we didnt hear a sound. You can regulate the room temperature and go and come as you please without desturbing others. The TV in our room only had one channel that worked well. |

not a lot what was advertised did not live up to what we got window view was a brick wall, location was all that was ok for my business event advertised hotel was infact "apartments" and i class that very loosely bathroom had a bath that was shared bath had a shower head attachment that did not work no shower curtain no room to swing a cat very poor indeed would not recommend at all even to my worst enemy |

The only positive things are the location and the price to be honest. its somewhere to leave your bags and spend the shortest amount of time in breakfast comes in a bag - something which should be explained upon booking, or at the least when you check in |

Was good to have a bathroom adjacant to the bedroom. The receptionist was pleasant and it was a good location near to the centre of the city. The room was noisy. Although there was a lane behind, it seemed that all of Edinburgh's nightlife seemed to pass by - I was woken several times during the night. There is no breakfast room - guests have to go to reception where they get a breakfast pack and have to return to their room to eat breakfast. They charged my card prior to my visit and also imposed a transaction charge for using the card! |

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The room backed onto gardens so was quiet. Not initially aware it wasn't ensuite didn;t even have a sink. Too hot in rooms, beds against a radiator as well. Pillows very thin and only one. No hangers. Tv small and channels all messed up. Not even standard 5 channels. Work being done so didn't initially find it for scaffolding - blue goo coming down walls by outside door.BOOKING.COM Website has incorrect postcode for hotel. |

People are intent on giving this hotel a bad review based upon the fact that it isn't as good as the Sheraton up the road! Well, the truth of the matter is that you aren't going to find another hotel this close to the centre of Edinburgh for the money... You get what you pay for and so in terms of value for money, this hotel tops the lot! Ok, it's shabby, grubby in (many) places and can feel as if you've just signed yourself in to some eastern european hostel; but other than that it's fine... |

my room overlooked a backalley which was very noisy through the night with it being used as a smoking area for a bar/nightclub. Also street cleaning at six on a Sunday morning didn't help. |

Having a room to stay in and friendly staff. Other residents very noisy in the early hours of the morning & banging of doors woke me up several times. The heating in the room was very poor. The 'continental' breakfast was not explained on the internet (where I made the booking) or to me the night before. I asked at reception in the morning where to go with the ticket for breakfast and was given a bag with the 'breakfast' in. I was surprised and extremely disappointed. I had no facilities to make a hot drink in my room, and with an intolerance to milk and additives in the juice and no choice available for alternatives I did not accept the 'breakfast in a bag'. This 'breakfast' is totally miss sold on your website, not what I was expecting, and totally overpriced. |

It has very good location, staff and cleanliness is very good and if you're ready that you have shearing facilities and you go to a small, budget hotel there's nothing to complain. You can enjoy Edinburgh and self serve in the hotel kitchen with coffee or tea. It was a bit noisy - if someone opens the door on your corridor, or just walks or talks you can hear all that. It's not good during the night, but for those who have a deep sleep it's all right. |

only location rude staff who I had to ask questions of rather than them offer information (e.g. 'how do I get back into the building at night?'); had to request heating to be turned on in room; cold showers; terrible breakfast; noisy guests. |

It is a cheap hotel in a centre of the city which is accessible easily. Small bed and thin duvet. Breakfast is a packed bag and brought to the room to prepare myself. |

Good kitchen, if ones want to cook their own food. Very large rooms and bathrooms. Excellent location to Castle, shopping and transport (railway station and airport shuttle). No elevators. |
