Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location whilst not central is easy walking from the centre. The breakfasts were well cooked and served. Duvet was too hot!!

Cheap, comfortable warm room, can't complain it was small at such a reasonable price. Clean white bed linen, white towels (you never know with coloured ones what they're hiding) Quite adequate for an overnight stay. Odd, unpleasant smell in en-suite. Plumbing?

Good breakfast. Room 5 has an exceptionally small en-suite. Have to open the door to dry after a shower! Parking on site is not guaranteed.

The owners and staff were very friendly, made you feel welcome throughout and couldnt do enough for you. The food was excellent, in nice surroundings. Great location, off the main road and just a 5 or 10 min walk into the centre of Harrogate. Fantastic break, would go back there time and time again.

Quite spacious bedroom, attractive breakfast rooms, fascinating and informative pictures / maps on the staircase walls, and the character of Mine Host. The lack of somewhere to sit.

Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Good location in Harrogate. I had a room on the top floor and the plumbing left at lot to be desired, the water pressure in the shower was very low.

We liked the friendly feel to the place, the food was very good and the owners very helpfull. The rooms were a very good size, the beds very comfortable, we were very pleased with our choice. The only problem was the shower, it was so slow running and not very warm it needs a pump fitted or a electric shower put in, but the bathroom its self was loverly and such a shame that the shower let it down .

The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment as the waitress got confused as to what we had ordered for breakfast. Shame really as the place was lovely.

Very nice room, good location and price. Lousy shower, water barely trickles out. Perhaps only in this top-floor room though..
