The hotel was very clean cut in style, staff were helpfull and welcoming, . The room was very comfortable and well serviced. We would stay again if visiting Sheffield. Did not use the leisure facilities but they looked very tempting. Security barrier a good idea for peace of mind parking. |

Cleanliness of room was excellemt, staff were friendly and helpful in all it was a pleasant stay As the hotel was four star it could do with upgrading the decor in the restaurant as it was a bit worn and dated. Two big functions were taking place at the time of our stay and although the restaurant staff were friendly we felt the dinner service was rushed and the menu was reduced |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bath mat in the bathroom was full of mould - a huge turn off, better to not have one at all! |

The location and parking facilities were excellent. The restaurant was also up to expectations for dinner and breakfast. The inability (in spite of two requests) to provide blankets as an alternative to the duvet. Also housekeeping had not prepared the room for 2 ocupants, but this was remedied after a request. We are writing to the hotel management with further details. |

confortable, friendly staff and nice decor wasnt offered a pot of tea and a jug of coffee at breakfast therfore we had to keep asking for refills when staff were passing. Previously when staying we have been given a pot when arriving at the table. Also the TV in our room did not work properly.. unsure if it wasnt tuned correctly. |

A quiet and tranquil night away in a modern and stylish hotel, topped off a brilliant weekend after having attended an event at the Sheffield Arena. The staff were very friendly and efficient and the option to have breakfast in the room was an added bonus. |

All parts are smart, tasteful and clean. Room heating controls did not appear too responsive. Some individual staff members were a little casual in their manner of address. |

The staff were attentive, efficient, friendly and hard working. The hotel environment is modern, spacious and pleasant. The restaurant is comfortable and the food and service excellent at all meals. There is a good dinner menu. The bar is good, although prices are higher than I'm used to paying. The bedroom was large enough, adequately furnished and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Small quibbles: the en suite bathroom extractor fan was noisy and the hot water was not really hot. (The fan did it's extraction job effectively, but living with noise all the time would be intolerable. The water was ok to wash in but the shower was only comfortable when the temperature control was turned to maximum). |

Gym staff was good No hot water for 24 hours in our room. Restaurant was unheated and very cold. Hotel full of contractors who were loud and uncooth. Do not expect this from a hotel which was 4 star and over £120 per night. |
