- Proximity to the Anfield - Proximity to bus - Excellent accommodations
- Location is a bit rough, would not recommend wondering out alone at night - A bit too expensive
Was very close to & convenient to Liverpool football club 4 my boys & the city 4 us. Bus service was excellent.
Didn't c any other guests. A phone in the room would have been good
There is no reception. Phone of the reception is 24 hours but no ones are picking up phone calls.
Quality and cleanliness of room was ok
On a busy road
No wifi in room. Had to go outside of the room to the stairs for connection.
Did not like how taxis didnt want to take us there at night due to the location and goings on at night. The guest house was nit maned so no1 there at all and we had lads very roudy and noisy in room next being women didnt geel we could ask them to lower music and their volume. Would not stay here again you could see the goings on at night from window young girls qalking up n down it was awful. Do not stay here
Clean and complet
There wasn't a wi fi password un the room and no body answered the telephone
Our room was large, clean and had great additions like tea & coffee facilities AND bottles of water which was appreciated. It also had a TV which received a good number of channels. The bathroom was clean and the shower was nice and powerful! Fresh towels and bed was made after 1st night so was happy about that.
Small details like no full length mirror, or bathroom floor mat which meant that the floor was slippery and we ended up using the only 1 hand towel we had on the floor! The signs out from were misleading as we have room 4 but according to the signs they didn't have a room 4!! I rang the main hotel who directed me so it wasn't a major issue.
I loved this place. Everything went as clockwork. From the email reminders about my booking, to the door codes to gain access on the day. The room was bright, airy and clean. Loved the crisp white sheets; the shower and toilet were spotless.I would highly recommend this for a place to stay. I only spoke with staff over the phone and each time they were courteous and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
The garden next door....it was a right tip, that's all...!
Close to centre, clean, comfy & nice layout
Nothing bad to comment on
In a quiet part of Liverpool the reception were very helpful as were the cleaning staff
Everything is nice. Staff, Location and the room size.
The bathroom was tight
Ideal for groups like a hen party.
Slightly far out from the town centre
The rooms were adequate, the heating worked, beds were comfortable.
The shower in our bathroom didn't work and the other problem was the other residents of the place who were smoking drugs at 4 am but not the fault of the hotel.
Great size room very clean have booked to stay again
nice and cleaned room
not easy to find the room, difficult take luggages in the room, quiet narrowed and long stairs
It was clean and spacious... Nice big bathroom..
Needs a light over door as it was quite dark so wasn't easy to put the code in ..
Bright spacious rooms, everything very clean, comfortable bed (although it seemed to be two singles pushed together) food/goodie boxes in room was a lovely touch and very welcomed, nice and quiet, would definitely stay again.
Tv signal was useless so couldn't watch television, struggled to enter door codes in poor lighting.
taxi fair price to town
didnt receive code before we arrived to enter premises, then was told incorrect code for entry, toilet and shower appeared to be in a cupboard, sink was tiny
We booked a double room and got a twin room, which was disappointing as it was our 1st wedding anniversary!
Parking was on a main road. Bathroom was tiny Couldn't use the sink Taps were the wrong way round Towels were small Given code to someone else's room! - very unsecure
Very clean Pretty big room Location is 15 min bus to city Center
A little bit confusing to understand where is your room and where is the staff
It was clean and comfortable
I did not like the narrow stairs which made getting my luggage up quite difficult. Lighting on the staircase was poor too. The heating to was not so great
It was a 20 minute walk away from my interview with Liverpool College. It was good value for money.
