We liked the warm and friendly owners and staff. The wonderful decor of our room and surrounding lounges and breakfast room. The convenience of the private parking. The location was brilliant for the theatre we were going to which was within a few minutes walking distance. The whole experience of our stay was perfect in every way.

Totally beautiful and luxurious room, made to feel incredibly welcome by lovely staff, very well looked after and a cooked breakfast like no other!

The young couple who run this exquisite hotel are lovely and very welcoming. All of the staff are very hardworking and friendly. We stayed in a luxury suite and the room was lovely, bright and extremely comfortable with a lovely romantic roll top bath, double shower and huge big comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic and set us up for the day! 10/10 .Just what we was looking for after a hard week at work. Thankyou so much to the friendly owners and staff for making our stay in Eastbourne extra special.

The location was excellent, just off the main promenade but far enough away to be quiet at night. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff considerate and helpful.

I choose this because it had a car park and had previously found it very difficult parking in Eastbourne. But you have to be a good driver to get in and out of the car park and a smaller car than mine would be a lot easier!

Option of veggie breakfast. Accessible to town centre and beach.

It's in a great location and the rooms are lovely. The staff were very friendly, they even let us check in early as our room was ready. Would definitely stay here again!

I've stayed here before - its always good - excellent staff. Its a family business and that makes all the difference - plus there is a car park.

nothing to dislike apart from Seagulls first thing in the morning but you get that at all seaside resorts.

We paid a double room price for what was a single room. It is many years since we had a standard double bed but obviously this is the only bed that would fit with barely one foot each side of the bed and not a shelf or drawer for anything. Management couple excellent.

We stayed in March and it was very cold and wet.On arrival we were helped in with our bags which were taken to our room and we were given tea and biscuits in the lounge.We arrived back from shopping the next day.We were invited to have hot chocolate and biscuits in the lounge and our shopping was taken up to our room for us.Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated.Nothing was too much trouble for the proprietors and the breakfasts were excellent.The private car park was a bonus.

This hotel was spotlessly clean, the owners went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable recommending places to go and the best places to eat. Excellent location five minutes to the beach and the town. Breakfast was top notch and served with a smile, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Welcoming host was kind enough to give me a packed breakfast as I needed to leave before breakfast was served. The room and ensuite were clean.

I was made very welcome. I was very pleased to be shown to my room, and shown where things were, and how they worked. The room was very good, spacious, and immaculately clean, and just the right temperature. The breakfast was excellent, and again the service was very friendly. Overall an extremely good experience.

The staff were extremely lovely and friendly, very helpful nothing seemed too much trouble for them. our room was extremely clean as was our ensuite to it. The room decor was lovely felt very relaxed and comfortable in it. The breakfast selection was also very good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this particular hotel to anyone, another BIG PLUS for this hotel was it had it's own parking area around the back to it. When visiting eastbourne again would MOST CERTAINLY want to stay in this particular hotel again.
