bed is comfort water pressure very very low, no good shower. no tray in bathroom, no place to put clothes, even no hook to hang. They supply soup and shampoo, but no tray to put in the shower chamber |

Helpfullness of the staff. Proximity of the hotel to Earls Court to see the concert. Modern decor of the hotel. I hate to mention this but it was the noise from the adjoining rooms. It wasn't that the guests were making a nuisance of themselves it was just the lack of any soundproofing. Sorry ! |

They did not have real coffee for breakfast and for this reason alone I would not stay again. Otherwise I was very happy with everything. If they have real coffee please can you let me know? |

Clean room & toilet. Tea & Coffee making facilities provided. Approximately 500 Mtrs from Tube. Breakfast was satisfactory. Our double room was on basement and very small. Narrow walkways & steep steps to basement rooms. No chair to sit. Block in the toilet reported twice but not rectified during our 4 nights stay. Hotel name not displayed outside and the receptionist is not good in explaining the route to hotel when we called just 100 meters away from hotel. |

It was a nice area and handy to the tube station. AB. The only thing i didn't like "petty" as it may seem, was the lack of water pressure in the shower maybe just replacing the shower head might help, apart from this i or my family have no futher complaints. sorry is not really a complaint more of a suggestion for improvement lets say. AB. |

Nice peaceful room. Clean. Good continental breakfast of pastries, cereal, fruit, juice and hot drinks. Fantastic location. Lift not working. We were on the 4th floor so this was quite a trek. No offer of help with bags. |

Breakfast was good and the bathroom was pretty nice. The clock in my room did not work and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls in some places which was rather unsightly. |
