英国酒店可能都不提供一次性洗漱用具和一次性拖鞋。而且离店时间为上午11点。早餐不算丰富，烤面包、鸡蛋- 、水果以及饮料。

Excellent location to the tube station, Earls Court, about 2 min walk. Plenty of local shops and restaurants close by. Nice area. Breakfast continental did the job.

Can't find anything bad to say.

great value for money, calm room

Close to Earls Court, 24 hour check in, option of breakfast.

TV came on in the middle of the night for no reason and woke us up!! Bit noisy as room by busy road, in winter room would have been cold as windows drafty.

The bed was very comfortable, good for what we wanted.

The shower took a very long time to heat up and never did get hot.

I booked this hotel in February for a May visit. A few days before my stay, the hotel cancelled my booking as they said they had been unable to charge my credit card. After help from booking.com, it was established the hotel had entered the wrong number and they eventually reinstated the booking. You would expect therefore an apologetic hotel and good welcome but instead they were rude and grudging when we arrived. We were given a shabby, tiny room in the basement. The tv had no reception and the paintwork was stained and flaking with holes in the wall. A very poor hotel experience!

- Location: was excellent about 5 minutes walk to the tube ( Earls Court station) AND straight shot on the piccadilly blue line to Heathrow airport, about 35-40 minutes ride. close proximity to all of museums and shopping.

- wear and tear on carpet. It needs to be changed in all of the hotel rooms and corridors. - No english breakfast :( - Water pressure and water temperature control was a bit of a challenge but that is normal in all of the older buildings in London :(

we were next to the Gloucester road metro , useful to reach every London district.

Gave the impression of being a bit old, in need of new paint, new carpet.

Located just 5-minute walk from Earl's Court Underground station, and beds were comfortable.

Broken vertical blinds, morning light came through while sleeping, blocked main window, only the one in the bathroom could be opened to get some fresh air, lighting in the bathroom was poor, water didn't drain down the shower floor because the tub drain grid was clogged, wi- fi wasn't working properly although signal was available, and most of all, some people entered our room with their smart card door key. It was clearly just a mistake, but the key shouldn't work on unauthorized doors.

Bathroom. Cramped and impossible to use toilet comfortably as washbasin was in the way. Nowhere to hang towels and no soap/shampoo tray in shower. Noisy: room on first floor overlooked road, window not double glazed and did not close or secure properly

All as expected according to the price apart from the breakfast that cannot be considered English-like but continental.

The breakfast was missing some more basic English stuff; at least scrambled eggs and bacon.

No English breakfast offered only continental. Hallway carpets need replacing. Windows in bedroom only single glazed was some traffic noise. But would stay again due to good location and value for money

I've liked the position compared to the price, lower than other hotels in the same zone (border of zone 1 and zone 2), 5 minutes walking from Earl's Court metro station and Easybus shuttles from Gatwick and Luton. The room was daily cleaned

The room was a little small, but this is just a remark (the only one), not a complain. We just wanted a clean place to stay, close to the center, and we found it :).

Hotel staff didnt even smile, on my first day there she is so sarcastic. Room was too small, heater was working on and off, water heater was unstable, its just nt value the money at all, should it be even called hotel in the first place?

Booking noted request for walk in shower and quiet room, helpful, friendly and efficient staff. Continental breakfast good value and range of items. Room serviced very well. Excellent location for Museums, buses and tubes.

room 101, very cold room with vertical blind, curtains would have been better, as bedheads up to window, needed extra duvets to keep warm. Front steps very steep, and without a hand rail to aid the less mobile.

It's a nice hotel,I was worried about other customers review,but everything was ok there.for this price and location,its nice.

Only one thing,the hairdrier that I borrowed from hotel was dangerous,because it was very old and too hot to use,be care for about that.

Being near the underground and Kensington high street, the 24 hours service

View looking over the hospital, nowhere to put the suitcases, not easy to get in the shower, the low debit of the hot water and the time it took to get hot.

Our sole reason for picking 1 Lexham Gardens was the availability of a room for a family of 5. After we had booked (having tried any number of alternatives) we read a lot of poor reviews of the hotel so our expectations were very low. So we were very pleased with our small but clean and completely adequate room. We didn't have breakfast but I have already recommended the hotel to friends with families - rooms for 5 are very hard come by and this was all we needed at a price that we could afford.
