We liked the location, beautiful scenery, Unfortunately two of us had to share a bed as we were three single women and there was a double and a single. The staff were lovely, hotel was quiet in a good way(sound) as you never heard much. My friend lost an ear ring and it was in the post the next day. made her day. So thank you for doing this for her. Yes we would stay again

We stayed at the shelbourne to visit the vintage extravagancer over the may bank holiday.we found the hotel very warm and friendly,and the service we recieved was excellent. The only problem we encountered was the shower ran hot and cold and couldnt use properly.we were told this was due to old pipe work.(THINK This needs updating)

The hotel was very busy when we arrived, the manager who was very helpful asked us if we minded staying in the appartment that was usually used for families. It was wonderful, it gave us lots of space and privacy and we were able to use all the hotel facilities. All the staff were very helpful and service at breakfast was very good as was the breakfast. The decor in the hotel is a little tired and we did feel the price for breakfast was a little expensive (£25.00) for the two mornings for two of us.

Convenient position for shops, theatre and beach. Friendly and very relaxed comfortable atmosphere. Pet friendly. Excellent Breakfast choices. Very helpful Staff nothing too much trouble.Excellent Value for money. Would have preferred the single beds to be closer together, but having booked at the last minute over the Easter Holiday period was happy to accept what was available for our short break.

The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was lovely, the room clean and comfy and a nice lounge area with a bar where you can sit and look out onto the sea. Another great thing was the free parking at the bag of the hotel.

The Shelbourne was a friendly, welcoming hotel, the room was spotless and facilities brilliant. Staff were so attentive and it was a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was lovely and they even cooked sausages for my dog !!! I thought it was wonderful value for money and would use this hotel again. the evening meals smelt delicious and may give them a try next time .

Being able to park is a bonus. The staff are very friendly and helpfull and the evening meal was early enough to be able go to a show. The room was very clean and hotel warm. the hospitality try was well filled and good large towels. Breakfast was very good and evening meal. We would stay again.

It was a real family friendly hotel. Our party consisted of 6 adults, 2 children and 2 dogs. The eldest was 59yrs and the youngest was 9 weeks old. They made all 3 generations very welcome and the dogs were given a special treat of sausages for breakfast. We had booked so we could all spend Mothers Day together. The Shelbourne did us proud and we will certainly book again, Thank you Shelbourne .

The bedroom was well equipped..everything I needed.bed was comfortable.parking was a bhonus. ,Not in centre so it encouraged one to walk to town centre to work off the hearty breakfast. Price should be inclusive of breakfast. I would like to see it descrribed as a 'hearty Welsh breakfast' maybe?

Large comfortable en-suite room with all the facilities I needed including tv, Telephone, Hairdryer etc. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The purpose of our visit was a concert at Venue Cymru which was a few minutes walk away, so hotels location was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Mick was excellent he catered for all our group needs. The breakfast was excellent they put all 17 of us together. We would stay here again only next time there would be more of us as Mick and all his team could not do enough for us.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Shelbourne Hotel. It's central location makes it an ideal choice for the theatre, shops and walking along the Promenade. It is excellent value for money.
