The ok'd lady was very rude to us, myself and my 9 month pregnant wife. impolitely asked her if the 10% immediate charge gave been taken, she saud she doesn't know. I asked her to check, she became aggressive. She then told us, she won't give us room again, I then told her that am just asking if the 10% have been charged on my card as it stated it will be charged when booking. She then said she will call the police that shes not giving us room again, this was 10pm in the night. It was our worst experience ever.
Parking was free.
Noisy neighbours upstairs who left early in the morning were inconsiderate of others.
great value, not far from Heathrow airport, wifi was excellent
After a 22-hour long haul flight from Australia, I really would have an enjoyed a room with a bath (as was indicated in the listing when I booked) but was instead allocated with a generic room with a shower. There was also no phone in the room or payphone facilities on site and I so had to trek across to the Comfort Inn Hotel to let my family members know that I had arrived safely. Suffice to say, I booked at the Comfort Inn on my exit journey back to Oz.
Strong Wi-Fi connection; nice room temperature; good boxed breakfast. All things considered the place was not bad for budget accommodation.
I like the environment and the hospitality
They didnt give breakast
The cleanines and quietness Good relationship by the Staffs with customers and the avilable facilities
The room is really small. The toilet bowl is squeezed between the wall and shower, with hardly any room for your legs.
The location is very close to the airport. It makes for driving to the airport really convenient.
This was a very good bidget hotel. However, i wish I had packed a hairdryer!! My own fault. So, this is not a criticism.
Peaceful Friendly and homely Value for money No fuss or hassle Convenient location Comfortable Flexible
Room was roasting and I couldn't turn the heater off - there was a fan, though.
Location, close to the Heathrow bus, at a price better than most around.
Very small rooms and tiny bathroom. No hot water to wash basin and an old electric shower. If you have more than carry on luggage it could spend the night on the bed with you !
This is a typical "one night" pre flight airport hotel ( more of a B & B than a hotel). You check in, go to sleep, get up and check out. Good value for money so don't expect a lot.
Friendly and accommodating owner
Could hear everything outside through the windows.
Wifi a bit slow, matress a bit too soft
The place is clean and cozy, the owners are lovely
Struggled to park on premises (although to be fair they do warn you that parking limited when you read the information) Cooked breakfast booked at time of booking had been discontinued - offered a breakfast box though which was adequate. TV would not switch on properly - may have been my incompetence, not too much of a problem as it was late.
Welcoming staff, easy check in, clean room with ensuite.
No breakfast anymore, place needs a good cleaning.
Nothing really, you get what you pay for.
Nice friendly atmosphere
Theres nothing not to like.
Very pleasant staff, who are very helpful and make you feel welcome. Comfortable, very clean and well presented rooms, with everything you need and all in working order all the towels and bed linen were pristine white. This isn't the Ritz and it doesn't charge the Ritz prices but it has better standards than any guest house and a lot of hotels i have stayed in that have cost a lot more. The cooked breakfast is a must have, you wont get a better one anywhere for £7.50. There is a very good pub across the road, which serves food, good beer and is reasonably priced. I stayed here on business, but intend to visit Windsor and other places, so i will return with family and car next year, and use this as a base. With a ten minute walk to the station, you can be in Central London in 30 minutes. Overall this is a very good value place to stay. I would recommend it to anyone.
The room was small and stuffy.
The location was good for heathrow.
The bed was a very small double in a rather depressingly decorated room. Tv too small and angled so that the picture resembled a cartoon.
Good value for money for a night at the most. Clean but tired,
There is almost nothing to do nearby. But consider the hotel is quite close to London Heathrow and you can easily find meal right on the corner of the hotel.
For those who want to stay quite close to the airport, this hotel is a good option. The lady and the gent at the reception were very helpful. He called me for a taxi in the day before my flight. The taxi costed me £ 15. I was very impressed by all the attention and kindly patience provided by the lady and the man working there!!! The bed is comfortable. The toillet clean!!!
lots of door banging in the early morning with other people coming & going
very clean & friendly
Radiator would not turn off. As a consequence, the room was exceptionally hot throughout the night and made it very difficult to sleep. otherwise, i would have scored every section as excellent !
Staff was not helpful. Room was freezing. No phones in room. Space heater did not work. Staff refused to do anything nor give any credit for the inconvenience. Unable to get a good night's sleep.
Nothing. Room was cold and space heater provided did not work. Hotel staff refused to do anything and were not helpful nor concerned about my conditions nor stay. Not able to sleep because of the cold. When asked for credit because of the conditions, they refused. This is a no star facility and I recommend you stay elsewhere. Had booked this facility for my return but cancelled because of the freezing conditions and lack of courtesy and amenities. Also, there are no phones in the room and my husband was unable to reach me.
The room was warm and very clean, although a little small , fine for a one/two night stay. free safe on site parking
Excellent Staff, good breakfast(additional cost). Good location.
