The bed and breakfast hotel is close to Heathrow and handy for trains to London. Room was airconditioned. The room and bathroom especially was very tiny. Inadequate hanging space and storage space. Continental breakfast was cereal and toast, poor selection of spreads. Compared with Travelodge and Premier Inn the value for money is not good. |

The room was acceptable- clean and had everything you would need, but no frills. The room was air conditioned, and we stayed during a heatwave, which was a bonus. The breakfast in the morning was good- toast, cereal, juice, coffee or tea. Shuttle to and from the airport for 8 pounds roundtrip that leaves from the Comfort Inn down the street. Overall a good experience. |

Stayed there for a one night layover at Heathrow with my two teenage kids. It was easy to walk there from the Hoppa Comfort Inn stop, only one block further down the road. |

When booking a budget overnight stay close to the airport you hope for a basic clean room, a decent breakfast and a friendly reception. This is exactly what I got, with an easy transfer to the airport just down the road. I would be very happy to stay there again. |

Nothing much to like really! Overall it was reasonable! Very small place and you really feel suffocated most of the time. The other thing that worries me is that if there is a fire in such places, do you get the space to run away. (there are fire exits etc but still only one person can pass through the corridor at a time) |

Good value for a hotel so close to the airport, but fairly basic. Very attentive and friendly staff. Could really use new carpets, fresh coat of paint, thorough cleaning, better light fixtures. |

It was convenient to catch an early flight at Heathrow. Need to offer free internet access if you have your own computer, or offer a small fee instead of offering just 2 pay terminals for an entire hotel. |

It's pretty cheap and close to Heathrow airport (10 minutes by bus, and busses are fairly frequent; you can also take a Hoppa bus from Comfort Hotel). First, the staff member I've contacted on the phone told me a wrong bus stop, so I had to look for the hotel for some time late at night. (For those interested, you need Croyde Avenue stop, if you take N 140). My room was titled as with shower, and indeed it has its own shower, only it is 10 meters away along the corridor. You get a separate key for it and it's clean alright, but I felt uneasy. |

Great location; close to shops and bus service; breakfast was good - a good selection for a continental... All messages for us were passed on promptly, and leaving our valuables in the safe lockup at reception was efficient and convenient... Just that the public phone in the hallway was out of order... |

The friendliness & helpfulness of the staff member. Also being able to pay in two currencies. Thought that it might be nice to fix the tears in the bedding. Never thought i would say this but it was too hot & we just couldn't turn the heating down!! |

Very good place for an overnight stay if you're flying to/from Heathrow. Extremely friendly and helpful staff (we arrived rather late but it was not a problem at all); decent breakfast included in the price. The hotel was somewhat hard to find - our taxi driver didn't know where the street was and couldn't locate it in his GPS device. |
