Very friendly and welcoming as we were staying with a 15month old toddler and had the family room at the top of the Hotel which baby thought was great as she liked climbing the stairs. It was near the Pleasure Beach and a short walk from the Pier and the beach.

Great location close to South Shore. Room was spacious and bed was very comfy which is a great bonus away from home. Buffet breakfast was excellent and sets u up for the days stroll up and down the prom. Bar under used by guests considering the price of drinks on the sea front! Great hosts, great location and more than acceptable for the price. We will return

On arrival at The Shepperton we were made to feel extremely welcome by the owner and all through our stay the owner was friendly and helpful. The room that we stayed in was extremely well equipped with 'extras' including a hairdrier, ironing facilities and a playstation/dvd player. We thought that the way in which breakfast was served was great as guests were able to help themselves to the cooked breakfast items/cereal/fruit and yoghurts. The location was ideal as a base to visit the attractions of Blackpool. The only fault that we had was the fact that the water was extremely slow from the taps and the shower-other than that everything was perfect!!

The Hotelier was super friendly and very welcoming. On our last day our car broke down and the hotelier went out of his way to help us. We were very impressed with the service we received. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great, well cooked and plentiful. The rooms were a bit outdated.

The hotel was lovely and a huge surprise considered the price we paid. The staff (particularly Geoff) were nothing but helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Quality service, lovely breakfast, clean rooms and bathrooms and fantastic price.

Stayed Bed and breakfast. Breakfast had varied choice and well cooked. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had 2 rooms. Both rooms were warm (it was coldest weekend in Feb.) and there was extra bedding if you needed it. The only thing in one room was that the net curtain was really stained. Looked as if someone had spilt tea or coffee on window cill and it had run up nets. Apart from that have no major complaints.

My friend and I really enjoyed staying at The Shepperton, even if it was only for a night. Mr. Geoff, the owner was the most friendly person we ever met in this kind of field. Everything was nice, including the breakfast, which I loved it. I really recommend this hotel.

A warm and friendly welcome from the landlord. Excellent breakfast facilities and a well run establishment and above all clean bathroom. Price was competitive in addition. The only criticism was that tea/milk/sugar was not replenished daily in the room, although this should not be seen as a complaint.

Staying at the Shepperton was an enjoyable experience as we were a large family with lots of children in our group. The staff, Jeff, Maxine and Fiona were lovely and welcoming to all of us. They were not irritated at all by the children and they tried to help us enjoy our time as much as we could. The rooms were clean, breakfast was great and staff were lovely. I would definately reccomend to anyone going to Blackpool with a large family. Thank you to all at The Shepperton!!!! Dassu Family.

“Elmfield was well located and provided the facilities expected for the price which was excellent. If I was ever in the area again I would certainly stay there again and would not hesitate to recommend it.” Roger, Paphos |
