My partner and I liked the location it was tucked away near a swan sanctuary and a marine boat yard. Room service breakfast was good although luke warm served nicely. The room was dated and basic and cobwebs on the ceiling. The shower curtain smelt. The sliding bathroom door was loud and rickety even in the rooms either side bathroom doors were too because we could hear their bathroom door. Walls are quite thin people going to the bathroom during the night disturbed us as well as room doors that were not slow/soft closing so bang continuously. In our opinion this was definately not a four star hotel. would only recommend if just wanted a base to rest up. Or needed some spa time.

We liked the location and th staff were very helpful and pleasant. We have stayed in other hotels in the area and, though most were very good, this wa by far the best. We have already highly recommended the hotel to other people. Thanks!

Spacious hotel, car park and grounds. Good swimming pool and location for our visit to south london. On booking in at reception, I was told that there was only a twin room available which I said was not acceptable as the purpose of our stay was to celebrate my wife's birthday. I was offered a double executive room for an extra £20.00 per night which I had to accept. The executive room was very little different to a normal room and was in need of attention - light bulbs not working, door not always closing, and noise from other rooms could clearly be heard. The breakfast was below the normal Holiday Inn standard. Although the hotel was in large grounds, this was very minimally landscaped.

Its location, was brilliant & the staff were faultless, really helpful. The price of food, stupid. £12 for a burger, & £7 for a sandwich.

Everyone was very friendly on the staff, from the check in to the bar tenders to the staff at breakfast. I didn't feel there was good value for the price.

Insgesamt OK. Für 130 Pfund pro Nacht allerdings sehr mittel. Bad nicht modernisiert. Nettes Barpersonal. Keine Schokoriegel erhältlich. Kein Brot ausser Toast beim Frühstück.

The swimming pool and sauna were great and the cleaning lady who did the rooms was helpful, lovely, polite and friendly. I did not like the fact that I booked for one night then telephoned to see if they had a further night available in the same room, which they said they did. When we arrived again I asked if it was in same room and they said yes then when we got to the room they telephone to say they had upgraded us and we would have to move the next day. We did complain in the morning and were allowed to stay in that room. At breakfast they were not very organised with no mugs, plates, yogurts and no fruit at all left. I appreciate that we didn't go for breakfast until 8.30 but it was bein sered until 10 and they had a big party earlier but this must have been booked in advance. This is a real shame as my husband stays in London for work at least twice a week and we were seeing if it was a good place for him. The gym and pool were excellent but their organisation let it down.

The rooms were big, and the surroundings were pleasant. Some fo the staff were very helpful. Did not feel like a 4-star hotel at all. Some of the staff was very unpleasant to deal with, others were very helpful - apparently it is a matter of luck. Breakfast was terrible two days in a row (warm orange juice, reconstituted from concentrate). Wireless was expensive, slow and insecure (not encryped).

Staff were friendly Rooms tired - for the price paid. This hotel used to be called the 'Moat House Shepperton', now run by Holiday Inn, but looks like all they have done is put their name on the door, not changed anything.

we stayed here because it was near to Kempton Park racecourse where we spent the day on Saturday and handy for a drink and something to eat in the evening. There was also the opportunity for a swim should we have chosen to do so
