Location and staff are most valuable attributes of this hotel.
Poor sound proofing as i was able to hear everything in the next room. Wifi is only free for two hous a day, you have to pay if you want more. Room and food prices are a bit too high considering the quality of both. The worst of all is the absence of a simple coffee machine in the rooms.
Although the location was good, it still far from other places of interest
Price room not clean and rooms out dated £480 per night stay at the landmark next time excellent
Location was just perfect, few steps from Hyde park, Harrods, shopping streets, public transportation and restaurants. had a nice view to the city, with Harrods, big bin and London eye. the hotel in general was great and my family enjoyed their stay.
for single rooms the WiFi is not free. one of the stuff was rude with me!
Staff were curtious.
Quality of rooms poor
Excellent hotel Good staff
One of the landuary peopl was rude Other than that nothing bad
Very comfortable bed. Location is just perfect.
Housekeeping is very bad. I once came back after housekeeping cleaned and I found used coffee cups not cleaned or taken away and open sugar all over the table.
the hotel was absolutely amazing..location, location, location!
The location is excellent. Walking distance to numerous British Pubs and all the shopping one would need, including Harrods. The high cost of the room, facilities and food is offset by the near access to close restaurants. In fact, on our last evening we walked 20 metres across the road to Harvey Nichols, caught a lift to the lift on the 5th floor and enjoyed a hearty 1.5 lb lobster for 20 pounds!
That there is a hefty charge for using WiFi in your room is outrageous given the price of the rooms - which is in the top tier. The price of most of the requisites probably reflects the growing Middle East influence of their patrons.
I love every thing enjoyed the stay
Internet was not for free
The location, service, view, cleanliness, and opulence of the hotel made our stay very satisfying.
Location and wi fi service
The safe is not working, tv system is very bad not functioning- both did not work for 2 days and technicians fix it last day. During breakfast it is very crowded staff could not serve properly, it is open buffet but most of them are finished there is no bread at all.
I like this hotel for its location and the spacious rooms
The guest services is the worst where no one answers the phone and the concierge is often not available so we had to move the bags ourselves.
-Location -Room Facilities -Housekeeping & laundry
cleaning service / not well organized /although they did a fine job at least one time we had to ask the reception to send someone to do our room.
The location , comfort , staff are helpful
The room furniture are old
pillow are not comfortable at all
1- Location 2- facilities in the room
1- size of the room 2- no Electric kettle
Clean hotel and very good location for the travelers who love high end shopping cause harrods is 2 minutes walk and Harvey Nicolas 10 feets walk And you have Piccadilly line as your line for underground Wish visitors to london luck with your staying
The guys who's staying on the hotels always standing on the doors of the main doors of the hotels I feel it it's bothering the guests I hope the hotel try to do something about that
Great location, big comfy bed and nice walk in shower.
Poor view of side street instead of Hyde park. Speaker from TV into the bathroom with no way of turning this off without needing an engineer to come to the room. Also needed someone to bring an iron to our room as there wasn't one already there.
Loved the location. In my opinion Knightsbridge is the best place to stay in london. The hotel is one of the best i stayed in London. No complaint what so ever.
No free wifi in the room
Very central excellent viem over the city
