Great deal on booking.com - 79£ only!
Lovely hotel. The only disappointment was that our room was not ready until 16:30, when guaranteed check-in is 15:00. The woman helping us was very kind, however, and gave us complimentary drinks at the bar while we waited. Other than that small bump, the stay was fantastic. Spectacular view, beautiful room, excellent facilities--probably the comfiest bed I've slept in...also an excellent location if you're visiting--close to the museums, Harrod's, Hyde Park, etc.
Great location. We were in a lovely room with a great view. Very large comfortable bed. Good shower in nice bathroom. Loads of towels. Quiet effective aircon.
Lifts a bit slow to come.
i like the location very much and the lobby was nice, the resturant and the piano was nice. room are specious
The furniture and the carpet are old a little not the expectation of luxtury hotel as they discribe it. bathroom is good space and clean but basic not a luxtury. they charge alot of money for the inetrnet where now all hotels are free all over the world. no tea or coffee in the room, you have to call and request a tea maker. over priced and is not worth the money i paid for.
Hyde Bar should be open till at least 01,00 am. It closes early.
Good sound proof even near the elevator and busy street.
Room is bit small.
The size of the rooms and the location
The breakfast was very poor for a 5 star hotel and the cleanliness wasn't so great!
i DO LIKE THE STAFF THEY ARE VERY NICE, THE RATE IS BIT HIGH
price is too much compared to service flexibility with check-in/out times is not offered
Nice views, convenient location, comfortable bed, spacious room if a little dated decor
At 400 GBP per night, I don't expect to be charged an extra 16 for internet per day, not to mention 35 for breakfast. A request for milk to put in a cup of tea cost 6 GBP.
it's excellent hotel..
The location is very good and the room is nice and big
Some of the rcabshen staff they are not good and they uose the cradit card wthout brmshen and they only care about mony and u shoud pay ond day befor the chak out
Amazing location, lovely view
We'd normally go to the Carlton Jumeirah but got a better deal at the Park Tower. Everything was good( bedroom, breakfast, etc) or adequate (reception staff did just enough) but the service and food at the Hyde bar in particular was spectacular (hence the high marks). Made my kids feel very comfortable and special. The manager of the bar (Kelly, I think) deserves special compliments as it was obvious the staff took their cue from her. Location obviously; just a few minutes to Hyde Park, Harrods, Harvey Nicks.. Good value for money given the area. Will definitely be back; if not for a stay , then just to pop into the Hyde Bar for lunch!!
Comfortable, quiet room. Location was around the corner from Tube station and Harrod's. Easy walk to V&A and Museum of Natural History. This is a very expensive neighborhood, so plan on a little more effort to find reasonably-priced restaurants. Picadilly Line gives pretty good access to most London destinations, but to get to places like Tower of London, etc. requires change to Circle line and can take 35 minutes.
Elevator access is slow at times, staff had to be reminded a few times to bring more towels.
location. size of the room. overall look and feel
staff are not friendlly
Nothing it was a very bad experience
The service is very bad, the rooms are very small and the customer service is worse than poor
