The view over Hyde Park waking up to the sun rising over the city. The service at reception was apalling. The staff simply ignored you. This continued at breakfast, where despite having several staff and not many guests it took forever to be seated. The hotel needs to improve its hospitality for me to consider staying there again. There was no complementary coffee or tea is provided in the rooms. The only saving grace was the view. Disappointing for a 5 star hotel. |

The hotel is very conveniently located, just 1 block from the tube station. Besides, it is very comfortable and offered stunning view of the Hyde Park. A bit expensive though with internet access at 18 pounds per day. |

I had a Classic King Room which, although far from the nicest room in the hotel, was quite spacious, modern, and comfortable (especially for the price paid in relation to the rest of London hotels). The location was also superb, especially if you're often traveling on the Picadilly line or taking the Tube from Heathrow. |

Ideally located in center of London. Be it for shopping or for travel either by road or rail, very well connected. Good to be there again. This is my 3rdh stay at Sheraton Park Tower in last one year. Unfortunately, my request for a late check out time by 1 hour, i.e at 13.00 hrs instead of 12 noon was refused. This has never happened to me any where in the world wherever I travelled and stayed. Almost traveled to 38 countries and this was experienced first time. |

Location, practically right next to Hyde Park. Reception was extremely helpful and correct. The room (standard, king sized bed) was just the right size. Telecommunication package that covered 24 hours internet usage, films and music made life simple. Gym is rudimentary. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. |

The thing that I like about the park tower is the size of the rooms, this is the only thing that I have enjoyed. The experiance was fine, but there was alady who works at the front desk (cant remember her name)ade me unconfortable during me check-in, simply, she was not in the mood. |

When booking this hotel, unless your breakfast is included, I suggest bringing your own! £21 for an orange juice and croissant is a little pricey! Also, it has to be one of the ugliest buildings (externally) in London. |

The location is very good, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the services were prompt. The electronic equipment is not really state-of-the-art. An lcd tv would have been much nicer to watch than the classic tv-box. Also, the breakfast is not included in the room price and it's too poor for the price of 21 pounds. If you want mineral water or anything apart from orange juice, tea or coffee, they even add it extra to that price, which I think it's too much. |
