Sheraton Park Tower  

we enjoyed the room service and the one o one resturant and the view from the room was amazing.short walk to harrods and other shops was well located,will be staying again sometime.

Hotel location is really excellent with easy access to several interesting places either commercial or for tourism. Harrods, Harvey Nicholas, several international brands are so close "walking distance" from the hotel, alos multiple transportation facilities are very close including taxi, Bus or underground metro. Hotel staff are so helpful

Complementary water is not available unless you ask for it. Elevator deserve "worst" ranking among all elevators I used in my life. Overall stay in the hotel is very good despite the above little things which "if" fixed, the hotel would be one of the best hotels in London

The location near the brand name in Knightsbridge , the concierge were superbe in helping when we ask them ( booking tikit or finding train rout ) , weel it's worth the mony we pay .

Most of the new hotel had free wifi net so it's strange it's not free and for my iPad getting a data service from a local stor was much sheaper , so why not free most of the cafee and restaurant r free so why not Sheraton !

Its location mostly because of its closeness to the embassy of kuwait. Having a water pipe near the toilet ( thanks alot for that,but it will be better if you would change its location to be on the right side of the toilet.

The tv stations offered , they need more variety. The programming of the tv ( pressing Ok butten should give you a list of the station available. It shouldnt be used only for clicking, its not comforting to be using the tv station guide book each time just to change the station.

Nice htel nice location and more vistor from GCC. Ilike location. And nice room. Tv a lot of arabic channel comfort bed and pillow

Idonot like in this hotel there is no coffee or tea in the room its must have because it is 5 star hotel. And iwas in the winter and the room was freezing no warmer and the bath room tge hot water has bad smell and some dust

Our room on the 8th floor was quite spacious with plenty of natural light and quiet. The staff were excellent and very helpful. Unfortunately my wife had taken ill and the Duty Manager and all the staff were very caring and attentive. Nothing was a problem for them.

We enjoyed the location of the hotel with its good access to the tube as well as having the ability to walk to shops and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the smaller streets in the neighbourhood. We found the room to be a good size for a hotel in London. In addition to the bed there was a sofa, chairs and desk. The concierge was knowledgable and helpful.
