I like the location and the view of the hotel. Very save area very close to my office

Location and the employees where very helpful and polite and try to do the best they can to please you.

They where refurbrishing the reception and the entrance was too small and workers are on the floor with drills sounds and hamers etc...

Tatty hotel. Would not recommend it at all not would I ever use it again. I stay at approx 50 hotels a year and would describe this hotel as certainly in the bottom 5.

I liked the staff promptness. Even though there was constuction was going on, but the staff were every where around to guide and help the guests. Umbrellas were avaiable all the time for guest use.

The Internet should be paid were most of the hotels offer it for free plus its pricy.

What makes it a 5 star hotel? It was lovely but nothing really special.

The level of service gets worse every time that we visit the place... My father used to enjoy staying at this hotel, but would never stay there again. Just a few of the unpleasant moments a below: 1. The conceige addressed us to the business center to use the internet to book a visit to the Shard ourselves. 2. Despite the booking requirement to have king-sized beds, in one of the two rooms there were twin beds 3. There were repair works in the foyer during our stay (there was a notification with booking confirmation). But this at some point caused a queu in front of the elavators as only one out of three worked at that time 4. At breakfast we have asked for poached eggs - my father ordered softer, I ordered harder. When they came they were cold and absolutely the same inside The list can be continued further

Beds were not comfortable. No tea or coffee making available in the room. Over priced for what we got.

We waited 15 minutes to be served in Piano Bar late at night, others before us were still waiting to be served when we gave up and had a night- cap in our room . Only thing which was not 100%
