We had a comfortable stay and room was clean
The breakfast needed to be hotter and the eggs are to small.and the seating wasn't my cup of tea
Bar and SOME of dining room staff could be a bit more pleasant. Reception excellent.
I liked nothing it was poor in the anix I felt I was not part of the hotel I have.never been treated like that in my life lack of respect for the old and disabled
Walking from anix to hotel for 1 artist
The swimming pool, good quality food and plenty of choice.
The noise from traffic so early in the morning prevented a quality sleep.
Entertainment for kids. Pool was good but changing rooms could do with upgrading.
Decor is very dated - could do with a wee facelift Buffet style breakfast would be preferable We were shoved into a separate room as 'we hadn't had dinner the previous night'. It then transpired that '3's' were placed in a different room to all other guests. Felt a bit like a pariah!!
Food was lovely. Swimming pool. Staff friendly
The food was really good and the staff very friendly i stayed at the Sheraton before
It could do with being updated
It was a lovley hotel staff great couldent of been any nicer food great woujd highly recomend
Liked all of the facilities available, staff fantastic, quieter location to fleetwood& Lancaster castle worth a trip.used as a base more than anything else.
Swimming pool stung my eyed& my child&other children had coughing fits, less chemicals& frequent cleaning suggested, breakfast tables packed like sardines.
Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast and choice of evening meal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Kids loved the entertainment and bingo. We had a brilliant time in Blackpool and would recommend Blackpool and the Sheraton. Will be back next year.
Games room needs updating and car parking not easy.
I went with my 2 daughters and had an enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and breakfast was lovely. The hotel is situated on the North Shore with the tram and bus stop right outside. There are parking facilities on a first come first serve basis and I managed to get a space right in front of the hotel.
The swimming pool was cold and the cholorine was too strong.....I was on the 3rd floor thankfully, away from hearing the entertainment downstairs at night....the single bed was on wheels and kept moving....room was a bit cold and as heating was off, had to ask for a heater.
The staff were very friendly also the food was good
The only thing that spoiled our holiday was some body above our room playing dico music until 2:30am after the 3night i had to ring reception to sort it out as i had enough. this spoied it for us
Clean room Good breakfast
Looking a bit tired
Booked this hotel for my daughter and grandchildren. Excellent. Loved the pool.
Staff were very helpful and friendly, meals were of a good standard with a good selection to choose from. Childrens entertainment was good.
Bedroom in need of updating, but very clean.
Accommodation staff leisure and children entertainment
Everything met our needs
Staff was really helpful and hotel was super
breakfast was excellent , bed comfortable , overall stay was great
Room was too small.
my daughter and I loved the pool the service and staff was fab the food and service was amazing and very quick and reasonable priced too
needed decorating through out the hotel really? looks tired place our bathroom was clean but shabby single mattress in our room was poor the double was fine the swimming pool needed a bigger changing area for ladies also ventilation for the pool got too hot which made bleach seem stronger smelling games room could have had free activities and for more younger children
We booked 2 rooms for my myself, a friend and our children..... One room was very comfortable (331), clean and provided everything we needed. The evening entertainment and small pool was am added bonus as it kept the kids entertained. Reception areas were welcoming and pleasant and the staff were helpful. At meal times, nothing seemed too much and the waiting on staff were very hospitable. For what we paid we were "happy enough".
Room 228 was in need of tlc.... The bathroom door the radiator were broken, the lock on the room door was dodgy and difficult to lock. We reported the heating and lock and was told nothing could be done until maintainance men came "tomorrow". The carpet in this room was filthy and the bathroom extremely dated, the shower had very little pressure and the pink bathroom suite was very pink!!! This room compared to 331 was terrible!
Loved the pool
People still coming in at 4am so you don't get much sleep
The lounge areas and restaurant were very nice and the meals were served very efficiently
Bedroom a little small and view of a brick wall was disappointing!
Large lounge with leather sofas and good sea views. Nice room for the evening entertainment with bingo and different artists each night. The bedrooms we stayed in were a good size with comfy beds.
I took my 5 yr old grandson into thr pool and was disappointed with the changing facilities and the lack of a handrail in the pool.as hes not yet able to swim on his own yet there was nothing for him to hold onto at the sides of the pool.
