the quietness at night once entertainment ended the food very good comfortable lounge to relax in the bar snacks very good and fresh all in all very good
the seating as felt in way with people passing to help themselves to breakfast maybe early checking the lift very tiny otherwise again all ok.
I have stayed here about 25 years ago so I was to be honest expecting just another tired hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spotless and very comfortable space wise. Bar, excellent, pool, delicious, breakfast first class, staff really warm and friendly, value for money, yes, no question. Well done the Sheraton!!
The pillows!! Bit hard and flat.
Large comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff.
Tables too close together in the restaurant. Quite uncomfortable sitting so close to other diners..
Room was on a slope, room was red hot due too radiator in bathroom on full all day and night, shower pressure was non existent, breakfast was small and restaurant stunk of kippers, (one of the options). Not enough staff on at breakfast, table cloth dirty, milk jug smeared in butter.
Good choice of menu. Caring serving staff friendly and efficient Entertainment both evenings with additional music until midnight. Easy access by tram or bus into Blackpool or to Fleetwood Freeport for additional shipping Good value Hotel
Noise from smoke shelter belonging to casino over the way from the hotel respect.should be shown in trying to keep noise levels down as it is also a residential area The Sheraton.and The Genting Casino both rely on cutomer revenue so should work together for improvement
Wine prices. Wouls sell a lot more if price was reduced. The mark up wouls still be good
the pool. the entertainment .
it was all a bit shabby cica 1970s. and you made a mess of our booking .we were split up my elderly aunt was on a different floor to us .reception could not alter our booking even though it had been booked though them ,as you had altered it .
The OAP's seem to like it
Needs a lick of paint
Wifi limited to lounge area and progressively weaker elsewhere. No wifi in the lodge
The staff were nice and friendly. The lounge was comfortable.
Had to stay in the lodge which was totally unsuitable. However the house keeper made it bearable by getting us a first floor room This was important as my partner has difficulty walking up and down stairs.
The food and service.the room was great to lovely views.
We enjoyed the Tower
The name Sheraton was once a top chain, I did,nt check and expected more. Not Butlins. House keeping leaves a lot to be desired.Short of staff , Time and cost.
Great location and staff. Difficult to park car, but tram stop is just outside door. Blackpool was terrific and the lights were fantastic.
Sleepless night noisy hen party and children noisy 7 am web site states no single sex bookings why was there a large group of females running up and down corridoors 3am staff disinterested
We had to cancel due to a terminal illness in the family , we couldn't go due to her not being well anoth to travel , booking . Com tried their hardest to get a refund but the hotel refused
The hotel is really good value for money and if you enjoy simple home cooked food, then it's ideal. Entertainment was good and in a quieter location but easy to travel by tram in to the centre of Blackpool
The lounge area was good
The hotel looked run down. Lift did not work most of the time. The rooms were in need of refurbishment especially the on suite. The double glazed windows had failed. Windows did not close properly. Carpeting old fashioned. The breakfast consisted of tinned tomatoes.
I thought staying in the lodge was pretty good
Didn't like the location thought it was to far out
Good location and out of main town so reasonably quiet.
Room very dated and quite tatty although seemed clean.
I just loved the warm welcome from staff and others staying there.
evening meal and staff:restaurent area and lounge ok:reception ok:swimming pool not bad: parking not good
room hygene :no bathroom facilities ieshampoo etc :no glasses not enough hand soap:bath perimeter lots of heavy mold not cleaned properly :poor tea and coffee facilites:electric cables unsecured around skirting boards recommend this hotel
brilliant place, staff so nice!! perfect location many thanks
the holiday was everything you would want. All members of staff were pleasant and polite, even sharing a joke now and then.
My husband and myself are parents and grandparents, our only issue was children running crazy on the dance floor while the cabaret is on. We are not old fuddy duddies, its just a matter of common courtesy.
Room was very spacious with a fantastic view. Facilities good
Carpets could do with replacing looked to be past their best
