The weather which nobody can do anything about.
loved everything the breakfast.entertainment.and the staff.and the rooms where very clean
Exellent evening meal great location of hotel and very good cabaret.
Over priced drinks No indication of strength of wine on wine list ie 14 90 for a bottle of wine that was 8.5 vol
Ideal location with tram and bus stop right outside. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast nothing was a bother. Comfortable clean room overlooking the sea. Great atmosphere with good entertainment.
Liked everything. This was our 5th visit this year to this hotel.
Cold in the lounge
it was to hot,but not a bad fault,
ham 2 nights in a row
Room was very spacious bathroom the same thanks to all the staff
Only having the time to stay one night next time it will be longer
Everything very friendly staff and good value for money
Pillows very flat
stayed in lodge just round corner very clean.very quiet.nothing to much for staff great customer service
could do with lift
Lovely staff, great pool, very spacious family room.
The Hotel itself has really fantastic lounges with lots of comfortable sofas to lounge around on.Our Room was a huge corner suite lovely furnished and a great bathroom with loads of hot water and a good shower. The sea views and the view up the prom were unbeatable.Plenty of tea and coffee in your room really comfy Chesterfield settee and a decent but small flat screen Tv. A great selection of Juices all of good quality and a huge selection of boxed cereals and Porridge for breakfast starters,The full English wasn't bad at all but the Sausage was dire so I took a bite and left it. Also Kippers are on the menu instead of the Full English, plenty of toast each and nicely done and fresh too.Nice Waitress and a good pot of tea.The parking outside is handy if you are lucky to get a space but the street parking isn't too bad either.Nice clean areas and a good bar too reasonably priced. The sheets and pillowcases were brilliant white as were the towels too. I would stay here again definitely.
The room was pretty cold even early in the evening with the Radiators on but was freezing cold when we came back to our room late evening, could possibly be because it was a huge room with lots of panes of glass for the views. The bed was definitely too firm for my liking but to be fair was in great condition and wasn't full of springs protruding etc, my wife was Ok with it but I was crippled trying to sleep also the pillows were among the flattest I have ever seen and a waste of time.
.creaking bed,poor Wi-Fi.
the quietness at night once entertainment ended the food very good comfortable lounge to relax in the bar snacks very good and fresh all in all very good
the seating as felt in way with people passing to help themselves to breakfast maybe early checking the lift very tiny otherwise again all ok.
I have stayed here about 25 years ago so I was to be honest expecting just another tired hotel. I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spotless and very comfortable space wise. Bar, excellent, pool, delicious, breakfast first class, staff really warm and friendly, value for money, yes, no question. Well done the Sheraton!!
The pillows!! Bit hard and flat.
Large comfortable rooms, very friendly and helpful staff.
Tables too close together in the restaurant. Quite uncomfortable sitting so close to other diners..
Room was on a slope, room was red hot due too radiator in bathroom on full all day and night, shower pressure was non existent, breakfast was small and restaurant stunk of kippers, (one of the options). Not enough staff on at breakfast, table cloth dirty, milk jug smeared in butter.
Good choice of menu. Caring serving staff friendly and efficient Entertainment both evenings with additional music until midnight. Easy access by tram or bus into Blackpool or to Fleetwood Freeport for additional shipping Good value Hotel
Noise from smoke shelter belonging to casino over the way from the hotel respect.should be shown in trying to keep noise levels down as it is also a residential area The Sheraton.and The Genting Casino both rely on cutomer revenue so should work together for improvement
Wine prices. Wouls sell a lot more if price was reduced. The mark up wouls still be good
the pool. the entertainment .
it was all a bit shabby cica 1970s. and you made a mess of our booking .we were split up my elderly aunt was on a different floor to us .reception could not alter our booking even though it had been booked though them ,as you had altered it .
The OAP's seem to like it
Needs a lick of paint
Wifi limited to lounge area and progressively weaker elsewhere. No wifi in the lodge
The staff were nice and friendly. The lounge was comfortable.
Had to stay in the lodge which was totally unsuitable. However the house keeper made it bearable by getting us a first floor room This was important as my partner has difficulty walking up and down stairs.
The food and service.the room was great to lovely views.
