Nedslidt, trænger til renovering. Umærket mad i restauranten til fornuftig pris.Vi betalte extra for launge, men den var intet værd. Vi havde brug for en overnatning, på grund af manglende videre flyforbindelse den dag. Bedre senge ville nok være et stort plus, de er alt for bløde og skæve. |

Over all the room was comfortable. We were able to check in early. Room was clean but could have been a bit larger came with the usual amenities. It was nice to have a room with windows that opened to let in fresh air not just A/C . The pillows, as with all hotels today are to soft and small (not high enough) |

near hotel with a smoking room with McDonalds and gas station near by to get snacks and such. No vending machines in the hotel, could not by a Coke light or any snacks and the hotel was suppose to have a mini bar in hotel but the fridge was empty. |

Good welcome; freindly staff; facilities where good, WiFI, internet cafe however 45 minutes free then charged to your room every minute thereafter; good choice of food, catered for my little 17 month old; room service menu expired after 11pm but when i ordered off the menu @11:45pm they where more than happy to cater. |

I liked the proximity to the airport, although Hotel Hoppa was not convenient to use. Hotel should have its own shuttle bus. Upon check-in, no one around to help with luggage. Key didn't work, had to get new key, which did work, only the room was occupied. Had to drag luggage all over the hotel and back, and only received a lame apology. |

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They responded to our requests quickly and efficiently. They also welcomed our 2 year old, boisterous daughter. It was a short stay but an enjoyable one. |

Check in was fast and courteous.Room service staff excellent and room service food was good too. Air conditioning was very noisy and did not cool the room effectively. It was either roast with it on or roast with it off..... and of course being an airport hotel sleeping with the wondows open is not really an option. |

Very near London Heathrow Airport (LHR), this was a great plus. Take Hoppa Bus (4 pound-1 way) to hotel or free public bus from LHR bus station to very near the hotel drop off. Restaurant had acceptable food, but not value for the money. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. There is a McDonald across the road. Only two things: 1. Not near a tube station. Nearest one is LHR (back to Heathrow airport, but you could take the free public bus to Heathrow, 5 minutes) 2. Internet should be complimentary. |

Friendly staff, reasonably clean and comfortable. Close to airport. Very close to runway, so you do get aircraft noise. No announcements of which terminal you are at in the transfer bus. |

we were flying to Singapore the next day and enjoyed a relaxed meal and fairly good sleep. l don't like duvets and was very hot, l would have preferred a sheet and blanketsbut my husband was comfortable !!! we did not enjoy the Hoppa Bus to the airport, fast and dangerous, polite but left us a long way to walk to Terminal 3 |
