Nedslidt, trænger til renovering. Umærket mad i restauranten til fornuftig pris.Vi betalte extra for launge, men den var intet værd. Vi havde brug for en overnatning, på grund af manglende videre flyforbindelse den dag. Bedre senge ville nok være et stort plus, de er alt for bløde og skæve. |

Very good hotel when comes to travelling from/to Heathrow Airport. We stayed just one night, but it was amazing. Never stayed in Sheraton before but we liked this one, even if it's not the new hotel. Excellent quality of service. |

a) Takes ages to check in. b)They have a chauffer service through A2Z Heathrow Cars. I have had a horrible experience.The chauffer (Number 32) was very rude and abusive.Please strictly avoid this chauffer service if possible.We did not have a choice as we had just missed the Hoppa Bus as the bus came and left earlier to the scheduled stop time. |

It was quit and not to far from the Heathroww Airport The Bathroom had mold in the tub area, I didn't like that the refergiateor you had to pay for the items, if you want to put your own item in it, you didn't have room for them. |

It was comfortable and quiet. We received good service even at midnight when we arrived. Only comment would be that there was no hairdrier in the room. |

Standard rooms are unpleasant but executive rooms much better - we upgraded on our return visit fopr an extra 40 pounds, worth it as it includes breakfast The dining room carpet is absolutely filthy, as are the carpets generally |

The hotel itself was good for it's location and reasonably priced parking. The focus of the Sheraton seems to be more on business people and conventions as their pricing was very steep for food etc(however there is a Mcdonalds across the road and a chinese within walking distance). Also the hotel is starting to look a bit shabby (from the outside and in the rooms) for a four star hotel. |

the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness, and comfort i did not like the fact that partly choosing this hotel was the fact you had a gym, only to find it under renovation and had to ask for a key to get to the equipment. the stocked fridge should have been complimentary, prices for the restaurant was too high. |

Reasonably comfortable, and nice. Did not have and "emergency kit" for travelrs who were stranded unexpectedly without luggage. The room had the usual shampoo, conditioner, etc. They did provide a toothbrush on request at the front desk, but did not have a disposable razor, shaving cream, deod. Etc. I would think that a hotel that gives itself a 4 star rating, located at one of the worlds largest airports would see lots of this type of thing. I basic emergency kit with the essentials would have been nice. |

the room size was nice and the beds were comfortable, the girl at the bar was very sweet the hotel is quite a walk from the bus if you can find the right bus, the drives are not helpful at all and ours did not tell us where to get off and he knew where we were going, a passenger told us and how to get to the hotel, the bathroom had mold in the tub, hair in the tub and in the toilet, there was someone elses clothes hanging in the bathroom when we got there, also the air conditioned was not working right and we could not get any cold water out of the faucet, would not recommend or go there again |
