Leider war mein Aufenthalt zu kurz um das gesamte Angebot des Hotels zu nutzen und deshalb kann ich das auch nicht abschließend beurteilen.Ich verließ das Hotel morgens früh und kam erst abends spät zurück. |

Der Service war excellent und das Preis/Liestungs Verhältnis hat gestimmt Der Abzug der Klimaanlage in der Badewanne/Dusche könnte einmal komplett gereinigt werden. |

Einwadfreier Service. Flexible Handhabung Ankunftszeit, Abreisezeit. Rechnung frühzeitig vorhanden. Als Taxi nicht kam am morgen wurden wir mit hoteleigenen Mitteln transportiert. |

Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für London (nahe beim Flughafen) war sehr gut. Ganz in der Nähe (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss) gibt es ein hübsches, kleines, romantisches, Dorf mit Pub und alter Kirche. Wir wurden vom Concierge darüber informiert. English Breakfast war gut. Der im Internet als Vorteil erwähnte Club existierte in der Praxis nicht. Der Hotelbus-Service von Terminal 5 funktioniert bei Ankunft mangelhaft. Chauffeur weigerte sich eine weitere Runde zu fahren infolge Ueberzeit. Wartezeit deshalb ca. 1 Stunde. |

es fehlte in allen bereichen an den feinheiten. die sauberkeit lies stark zu wünschen übrig, das geschirr war nicht vernünftig gereinigt usw. alles in allem wirkte alles sehr lieblos. sowohl im innern des hotels, als auch in der außenanlagen. sehr unüblich für sheraton hotels und keine 4 sterne wert. |

Lots of information was available regarding getting to the airport. We booked a taxi at a flat price which was better than the hoppa bus as it went direct and was only a few £ more. The club option, there was nothing special about it. Also would have preferred to just been able to access the normal hotel breakfast instead of being in a weird little room on the 3rd floor. |

I was only there from 11pm until 7.30am so cannot comment in detail - it was very convenient for Heathrow and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful. The bath did not drain properly (nothing major but it wouldn't take much to unblock the plug) and notwithstanding that the room was clearly marked as a non-smoking room, it did smell of cigarette smoke, especially the bed linen. I could still smell it on my night clothes after I left the hotel. |

Good food at the restaurant and bar, nice service too. Comfortable beds. Nearly no disturbance from the airport. Quick response to minor fault with a lamp. Hotel not as new but neat and clean. Badly maintained lobby computers. Excessively priced room entertainment services (movies, games etc) and room internet access. Old and blurry television set. No coat hangers in room. Slow service at the reception. |

Very good hotel when comes to travelling from/to Heathrow Airport. We stayed just one night, but it was amazing. Never stayed in Sheraton before but we liked this one, even if it's not the new hotel. Excellent quality of service. |

a) Takes ages to check in. b)They have a chauffer service through A2Z Heathrow Cars. I have had a horrible experience.The chauffer (Number 32) was very rude and abusive.Please strictly avoid this chauffer service if possible.We did not have a choice as we had just missed the Hoppa Bus as the bus came and left earlier to the scheduled stop time. |

It was quit and not to far from the Heathroww Airport The Bathroom had mold in the tub area, I didn't like that the refergiateor you had to pay for the items, if you want to put your own item in it, you didn't have room for them. |
