Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für London (nahe beim Flughafen) war sehr gut. Ganz in der Nähe (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss) gibt es ein hübsches, kleines, romantisches, Dorf mit Pub und alter Kirche. Wir wurden vom Concierge darüber informiert. English Breakfast war gut. Der im Internet als Vorteil erwähnte Club existierte in der Praxis nicht. Der Hotelbus-Service von Terminal 5 funktioniert bei Ankunft mangelhaft. Chauffeur weigerte sich eine weitere Runde zu fahren infolge Ueberzeit. Wartezeit deshalb ca. 1 Stunde. |

es fehlte in allen bereichen an den feinheiten. die sauberkeit lies stark zu wünschen übrig, das geschirr war nicht vernünftig gereinigt usw. alles in allem wirkte alles sehr lieblos. sowohl im innern des hotels, als auch in der außenanlagen. sehr unüblich für sheraton hotels und keine 4 sterne wert. |

Sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Angestellte, sehr reichhaltiges und grosszügiges Frühstückbuffet, TOP in Sachen Preis-Leistung. Zimmer im Innenbereich haben Aussicht uf Klimanalege des Hotels. |

near hotel with a smoking room with McDonalds and gas station near by to get snacks and such. No vending machines in the hotel, could not by a Coke light or any snacks and the hotel was suppose to have a mini bar in hotel but the fridge was empty. |

Good welcome; freindly staff; facilities where good, WiFI, internet cafe however 45 minutes free then charged to your room every minute thereafter; good choice of food, catered for my little 17 month old; room service menu expired after 11pm but when i ordered off the menu @11:45pm they where more than happy to cater. |

I liked the proximity to the airport, although Hotel Hoppa was not convenient to use. Hotel should have its own shuttle bus. Upon check-in, no one around to help with luggage. Key didn't work, had to get new key, which did work, only the room was occupied. Had to drag luggage all over the hotel and back, and only received a lame apology. |

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They responded to our requests quickly and efficiently. They also welcomed our 2 year old, boisterous daughter. It was a short stay but an enjoyable one. |

Check in was fast and courteous.Room service staff excellent and room service food was good too. Air conditioning was very noisy and did not cool the room effectively. It was either roast with it on or roast with it off..... and of course being an airport hotel sleeping with the wondows open is not really an option. |

Very near London Heathrow Airport (LHR), this was a great plus. Take Hoppa Bus (4 pound-1 way) to hotel or free public bus from LHR bus station to very near the hotel drop off. Restaurant had acceptable food, but not value for the money. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. There is a McDonald across the road. Only two things: 1. Not near a tube station. Nearest one is LHR (back to Heathrow airport, but you could take the free public bus to Heathrow, 5 minutes) 2. Internet should be complimentary. |
