Sheraton Heathrow Hotel    

Beds were extremely comfortable. Needed a good sleep after a long flight.

The Bar area was too small.

The hotel was great. The facilities and staff were most helpful.

For us it was not a good choice as we without a car. We had to rely on the shuttle bus and underground to get anywhere which was a bit expensive.

Convenience to Heathrow Airport.

Unhelpful in-room hotel information: namely, the room service menu booklet did not mention that breakfast could be ordered via a card to be hung on the door; we attempted in several ways to order breakfast from the room-service booklet, and were repeatedly told that we could only do that in the morning; when we finally got through to someone more helpful, we were told about the card, which was labelled in large type "Tea, Coffee" with the words "Breakfast Menu" in type so small it was very easy to miss. We suggest that the in-room hotel information needs to be brought up-to-date very urgently.

Lack of hotel management cooperation. Insensitive to SPG plight. Inspite of the fact that I had a family emergency although I had originally booked a non refundable 3 nights (which I admit) and only stayed 1 night due to family emergency, yet Sheraton Heathrow went ahead to charge full rates even after booking.com pled against it. I requested for a deferment and split booking rather than monetary refund. I wasn't treated fairly and this is a terrible experience for an SPG particularly under the circumstance.

We chose it for proximity to Heathrow airport as a transit; has been refurbed in 2010 and its a good upgrade from before; staff superb, and the room quality was excellent for the price.

I stayed in the club room, roomy and comfortable, great size bathroom. Quiet.

The food in the bar and the dinner menu selection.

The Staff very pleasant, unfortunately the same cannot be said of the Staff attending to you on Departure.

We liked most aspects of this Hotel, unfortunately on our return Home have found we had been Charged twice for this 1 nights Accommodation. A Mr Ernie Pope was the other couple travelling,he also paid for his 1 night Accommodation using his Credit Card

Good location in order to get to/from Heathrow Terminal 5. Lovely hotel, great facilities, nice comfortable room and had a smashing meal in the restaurant during our stay. Pleasant, helpful staff. Would recommend if you need a stop-over on your way to airport.

No criticism of the hotel as such, but The Sheraton along with several other hotels in the immediate vicinity to Heathrow utilise the service of the National Express 'Hotel Hopper' bus to get travellers to/from their destinations. Given the short distance from Terminal 5 to the majority of the hotels, £4.50 per person per ticket seems a bit steep! More so given the fact that we had arrived back from Granada, where we were able to get a fantastic coach to and from the airport for only 3 Euros! And the airport is miles away from the centre of town!! Food for thought for the hotel chains around Heathrow.

就是价格实在是有点高，和去年比上涨了一倍多。而且早餐也比较一般。

Quiet, comfortable, ideal location for us (near M25 & Windsor). Excellent value rate included Continental breakfast buffet which offered good selection, as much as you could eat & drink. Excellent helpful staff.

Our booking was not featuring on the arrival list inspite of having confirmation, However, we were still given the room on the same price

They had a nice room and a very helpful and congenial staff

They never received a confirming fax from Booking.com which left us with uncertainty as to whether we would have a room to stay prior to departure to the USA

Near airport and great room service.

The front desk was extremely slow and rude. As an airport hotel they have to facilitate easy check out for plane travelers . The front desk actually back answered me! Will probably never stay the again. This is not Sheraton hospitality.

Location is excellent for the airport and the hoppy bus is about as efficient as these things get

liked the location a lot. Very friendly staff. Housekeeping staff did not speak English which made things difficult when I needed anything. Front desk staff were AMAZING. Gift shop lady was fun and warm. The Link Cafe guy was amazing and lots of fun to talk to and was very helpful.

I felt like I was nicked and dimed for wi-fi and internet to my room. WAAAAAY to expensive. Other hotels do not charge like that. It was crazy expensive. I hated having to come down to the lobby to use wi-fi for anything after my 48 hour time expired with internet service. Did not understand my final bill at all. Too complicated to go thru.

Crazy wifi charges should be free. Will not stay there again until wifi is free

Requested no down feather pillows or comforter. All the pillows and the comforters were down. I am allergic to them

Rooms not ready. Was told extra bed and cot were in the rooms but there weren'T. Not enough amenities in room fur number of guests. Got charged extra after paying with booking.
