Very near London Heathrow Airport (LHR), this was a great plus. Take Hoppa Bus (4 pound-1 way) to hotel or free public bus from LHR bus station to very near the hotel drop off. Restaurant had acceptable food, but not value for the money. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. There is a McDonald across the road. Only two things: 1. Not near a tube station. Nearest one is LHR (back to Heathrow airport, but you could take the free public bus to Heathrow, 5 minutes) 2. Internet should be complimentary. |

Friendly staff, reasonably clean and comfortable. Close to airport. Very close to runway, so you do get aircraft noise. No announcements of which terminal you are at in the transfer bus. |

we were flying to Singapore the next day and enjoyed a relaxed meal and fairly good sleep. l don't like duvets and was very hot, l would have preferred a sheet and blanketsbut my husband was comfortable !!! we did not enjoy the Hoppa Bus to the airport, fast and dangerous, polite but left us a long way to walk to Terminal 3 |

Hotel had not recorded reservation when checking in. I did not enjoy queuing each morning just to get parking ticket validated so I could leave hotel. |

The excelleny hospitality of staff especially the receiption staff. It was a service with a smile. The room service was of the best hospitality. As a SPG member I expected to have the previlege of using the SPG Restaurant facility. |

The price and proximity to the airport The service was very poor. They could not tell us how to get to the hotel from the Airport .when we rang them. They didn't even tell us there were 2 Sheratons and we ended up at the wrong one and had to get a taxi to the right one.The room service meal was very poor. Toasted sandwiches were cold when they arrived. |

Nice comfortable beds, all facilities were available except free internet, wake up call was prompt and duplicated to make sure The internet in the rooms had to be paid for separately. Its not like this is a new facility, the investment of which has to be recovered, this is just another way of scamming more money from clientele the kind of thing I would expect at a 1 or 2 start hotel, not at a sheraton. Very disapointing, especially when everything else was so good. |

The room & bathroom was new and immaculate. It's an airport hotel so not long term stay...only stayed there one night. I think the price was good for London. It's a very good hotel to stay at when you have an early flight...it's a high quality hotel. Even though price was good, they dinged you wherever they could...$3 Each time you lifted the telphone even if the call didn't go through. The staff were snobby...but that may be the location. I did not like the fact that $1.75 was added automatically for Unicef...even though I think it is a good charity..this is push marketing at it's worst. |

The club room had a wonderful bed, although the room was smaller than expected, it was clean, choice on TV was poor though. The outside looked different from most hotels, it was a drab 3 storey building in more of a residential area. |
