・空港に近いため、飛行機の騒音がうるさく夜眠れなかった。　・空港までの交通手段を尋ねたところ、シャトルタクシー（￡１０）を勧められた。パブリックバスの案内は全くされなかった。　　・朝食込みで予約したのに、きちんと反映されていなかった。交渉したにも関わらず、チェックアウトの際、朝食料金が別になっていた。

従業員の対応が良い。

シァﾄﾙバスが高すぎる。サウナ、プールがあると良い・

near hotel with a smoking room with McDonalds and gas station near by to get snacks and such.

No vending machines in the hotel, could not by a Coke light or any snacks and the hotel was suppose to have a mini bar in hotel but the fridge was empty.

Privacy, quietness, easy access to transportation, helpful and friendly staff ,close to heathrow and comfortable stay.

Good welcome; freindly staff; facilities where good, WiFI, internet cafe however 45 minutes free then charged to your room every minute thereafter; good choice of food, catered for my little 17 month old; room service menu expired after 11pm but when i ordered off the menu @11:45pm they where more than happy to cater.

I liked the proximity to the airport, although Hotel Hoppa was not convenient to use. Hotel should have its own shuttle bus.

Upon check-in, no one around to help with luggage. Key didn't work, had to get new key, which did work, only the room was occupied. Had to drag luggage all over the hotel and back, and only received a lame apology.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. They responded to our requests quickly and efficiently. They also welcomed our 2 year old, boisterous daughter. It was a short stay but an enjoyable one.
