Sheraton Heathrow Hotel

テェックアウト後も夕方の出発便までの間、荷物を預かってくれるサービスは助かった。

ホテルが悪いわけではないが、夕方のラッシュ時にシャトルバスを利用したら１時間もかかり閉口した。

最初にもらった部屋の周りで廊下の改築中で、揮発性の塗料のにおいが充満していたので、部屋を替えてもらっ- た。部屋の中の調度品などは良いホテルのものであったが、従業員も私語にいそしむ一方でサービスを優先して- いるとは思えなかった。

Very good hotel when comes to travelling from/to Heathrow Airport. We stayed just one night, but it was amazing. Never stayed in Sheraton before but we liked this one, even if it's not the new hotel. Excellent quality of service.

The air conditioning in our room wasn't working so room was uncomfortably hot.

good deal, good location, comfortable, efficient staff and attention to detail. Smooth start to holiday.

It was quit and not to far from the Heathroww Airport

The Bathroom had mold in the tub area, I didn't like that the refergiateor you had to pay for the items, if you want to put your own item in it, you didn't have room for them.

Service was efficient and staff helpful. Facilities were comfortable and location convenient for my purposes.

Lovely staff, comfortable, good food, just a great stay.

Proximity to airport and comfort

Totally professional hotel facilities and staff as you would expect from Sheraton.

The hotel itself was good for it's location and reasonably priced parking.

The focus of the Sheraton seems to be more on business people and conventions as their pricing was very steep for food etc(however there is a Mcdonalds across the road and a chinese within walking distance). Also the hotel is starting to look a bit shabby (from the outside and in the rooms) for a four star hotel.

the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness, and comfort

i did not like the fact that partly choosing this hotel was the fact you had a gym, only to find it under renovation and had to ask for a key to get to the equipment. the stocked fridge should have been complimentary, prices for the restaurant was too high.

Reasonably comfortable, and nice.

Did not have and "emergency kit" for travelrs who were stranded unexpectedly without luggage. The room had the usual shampoo, conditioner, etc. They did provide a toothbrush on request at the front desk, but did not have a disposable razor, shaving cream, deod. Etc. I would think that a hotel that gives itself a 4 star rating, located at one of the worlds largest airports would see lots of this type of thing. I basic emergency kit with the essentials would have been nice.
