Store rom, gode senger og personale villig til å hjelpe så godt de kunne Kunne godt vært inkludert frokost til slike priser, og at mannen i resepsjonen først var litt krass med meg da jeg mente at de hadde trukket meg dobbel pris. Men da jeg kunne bevise dette var alt bare topp. |

Ingenting. No value for money! Jeg kan ikke si at noe var bra på dette hotellet mht den standard jeg forventer av et Starwood hotell! Hotellet er slitt og ukoselig, og jeg kunne heller tatt et Ibis hotell of fått de samme betingelsene. Jeg kommer aldri tilbake til dette hotellet, som for bør være en skamplett på Starwood sitt rykte. |

I was happy to see that we had received a terrific rate from Booking.com. Breakfast was included and very generous. The concierge, Chris, was very helpful with all of our questions! There is no free shuttle to the airport. In fact, there was no way for me to get to Heathrow terminal 4 except by private cab for 15 pounds. There are no ice machines and room service to get ice took 45 minutes. |

Room and bed were comfortable. Food was very good. Most of the staff were very helpful. I was twice given wrong information by a receptionist about the bus stop for the hopper. When I asked for non feather pillows (asthma) it took several attempts until I could talk to somebody who understood sufficient English. eventually the woman who brought the pillows was very helpful. |

cosy room, convenient and efficient internet connection, superb bath room facilities, marvellous breakfast with a wide variety of options, cleanliness everywhere. For some peculiar guys like me, an option to have a central bright lighting of the room would have made us a little more comfortable. i know this is an odd need. |

The well trained staff. I found them very efficient, attentive to my requests and just simply delightful. I also wish to extend my thanks to the Chef who provided me with food that met my special dietary requirments. Nothing at all. Considering that I was staying in a hotel close to a very busy airport, I was Surprised to find the comforts I experienced. I travel a lot and my previous experience of hotels close to airports has not always been very positive. Hence, this was an unexpected surtprise. |

Very helpful, efficient staff at Reception when my keycard needed replacement. Same can be said for the Concierge when arranging my taxi to the airport. Trivial point - no saucers or spoons with the coffee/tea tray. |
