Convenient, friendly and excellent value for money.

An attractive Georgian house excellently located for Snetterton Circuit; the staff were charming, welcoming and professional. Food in the restaurant was good and the service excellent.

This may be only a personal preference but my bed was, for me, far too soft. I was really quite uncomfortable in it, and chose not to spend a second night. Other than that, I would have no hesitation in recommending this charming small hotel.

The location was ideal for a trip to Norfolk. The hosts were attentive and informative. The food was excellent. The room and facilities were superb, nothing could be added to improve them.Many Thanks.

Perfectly formed with very helpful staff. An absolute haven after a long drive and before a day's work in the local area. Excellent value for money all round.

The owners were so friendly and helpful. They made us very welcome. We only had breakfast and did not have the opportunity to enjoy their evening meals. However, the breakfast was very well cooked and presented. The beds were comfortable.

THe Hotel was obviously geared to conferences and had good facilities for that purpose. Had it been available when I lived in Norwich, I may have used it for conferences and management training courses. THere were some minor points for their consideration: (a) There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang coats/dressing gowns whilst bathing or washing. (b) The room only had one comfortable chair for the couple using it. (c) The light over the desk was inadequate for reading/writing.

We loved the hotel and thought the owerns were delightful .. the house and ground were beautofully maintained.... We would definately re-visit.

Arrived at 1am and this was not a concern for the owners of the hotel even though they had to personally stay up late to check us in, Staff / owners were very friendly. Hotel was clean and functional

The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and furnished to a high standard. Free wi-fi was a great bonus. Owners friendly and helpful. Food was exceptional. Very good value for money. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and if I'm in the area again for business, I will definitely stay again.

Warm greeting by hosts on arrival. Room was a good size and well presented. Plenty of breakfast choices and our chosen options were well prepared.

Elizabeth & Tim could of done no more to make our party feel welcome during our stay. Their hospitality is second to none and the food was gorgeous and offered in lovely surroundings. Lovely relaxed atmosphere in a beautiful house with rooms that had everything you could of needed. We would not hesitate to go back!
