Sherbourne House  

The owners were so friendly and helpful. They made us very welcome. We only had breakfast and did not have the opportunity to enjoy their evening meals. However, the breakfast was very well cooked and presented. The beds were comfortable.

THe Hotel was obviously geared to conferences and had good facilities for that purpose. Had it been available when I lived in Norwich, I may have used it for conferences and management training courses. THere were some minor points for their consideration: (a) There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang coats/dressing gowns whilst bathing or washing. (b) The room only had one comfortable chair for the couple using it. (c) The light over the desk was inadequate for reading/writing.

We went to Attleborough for a family party which was held in the middle of town. The hotel was very central, but quiet and comfortable. The facilities were excellent and the owners were attentive and helpful and obviously took a pride in their hotel. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and would highly recommend the venue. Great value for money.

Proximity to Snetterton race circuit

Warm greeting by hosts on arrival. Room was a good size and well presented. Plenty of breakfast choices and our chosen options were well prepared.

For once, really comfy quality beds (best nights sleep in ages), complete with a reading light that actually lit up your book!!! A light right where you'd sit to put on makeup. Very friendly . Bath towls big enough to wrap round a plump person!

Attentive staff - nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Food is excellent.

Water pressure too low for a decent shower.

Owners very helpful and friendly. Food both breakfast and evening meals good value. Rooms generally comfortable and well equipped. Free wifi very nice to have.

Room was beginning to look a bit tired. Loose paint in places and mattress collapsed on one side.

The owners have set very high standards and are well experienced in hospitality and presentation. I would certainly stay here again if in the area before looking anywhere else. Gr bp Gas
