Unfreundlicher Empfang, keine Entschuldigung dafuer dass das Zimmer nicht fertig war. Einige Dinge im Zimmer funktionierten nicht oder waren abgenutzt

Klimaanlage im Zimmer defekt. Zimmer war auf 27° aufgeheitzt und das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen.

The hotel provided the service of holding onto our Baggage for the Sunday whilst we went sight seeing. Our Coach did not leave Victoria Station till 8 30pm in the evening. This was extremely helpful to us.

The breakfast was good.

The carpet was grubby, rooom was in need of repainting. glass partition to toilet not permitting privacy.Staff failed to issue early morning call.Directions to hotel fail to indicate inability to park outside.Very expensive hotel not good value for money, would only rate as a 3 star.

Friendly welcome on arrival. Good standard of food including bar snacks,excellent inclusive breakfast and special offer evening meals in the restaurant.

Riims were quite small but had everything we needed for a city break.

I have to compliment the staff the friendliness and particularly the food in your rest it was fab will come back soon!

The location for us was fantastic. The hotel was very comfortable and the Sherlock Grill restaurant was lovely, fantastic food and excellant service.

Great location of the hotel (close to major attractions and tube station). We had an option with breakfast included - it was served really early - at 6.30am (weekdays) and 7.00am (weekend) which worked great for us since we got up really early. Late check -in and early check-out were done without any problems as well.

water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low and I didn't figure out how to take a cold shower - it was either hot or warm.

We liked being close to attractions and transport. The executive suite was wonderful, though a fruit plate consisting of 3 pieces of fruit was a disappointment. The continental breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. It was much more than we anticipated.

Prior to our stay, I sent an e-mail directly to hotel and did not receive a response. We would have preferred a solid door separating the main room to the washroom for privacy. The see through sliding glass door, though stylish, lacked functionality.

Ideal location. Less than 5 minutes walk from tube station, and close to west end shopping area

Sauna/Steamroom very small & a didn't look very well maintained - did not use, based on this. Also, housekeeping staff knocking on door 3 times between 7am & 9.30am!!! I would recommend anyone hoping for a lie-in, to put a 'Do not Disturb' notice on the door!!!
