Comfortable and spacious room. Excellent and delicious breakfast.

Disappointed there was no fruit or wine as promised on the website when booking. It would have been nice to have tea making facilities too.We did request a non-smoking room but it obviously was not.

the room was big for london standards, very clean, excellent location. The bar staff was really nice.

there are no plugs next to a mirror, which made difficult to decently dry hair and the transparent bathroom doors are quite odd and don't leave any room for privacy

Very central and good parking next door. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice bar and food available all day and night! Breakfast was delicious.

We booked a superior room but it was small.

I was very disappointed with the level of service, its a very shabby hotel advertising itself as luxury which it is far from. The room was well below the standard expected and the staff were docile to the point of incompetance. Over priced and made for a very disappointing and stressful stay.

The hotel was fine for an overnight stay but i have stayed in better for the same price , so was a bit disappointed with the room.

The spacious rooms were wonderfful, the staff were plesant although to get things sorted you generally had to ask three times!

The maid service wasnt good at all, they would change face cloths and leave the old ones, floor wasnt swept properly, and it seemed that upon arrival the room had only been catered for one despite the booking being made for two. After asking for this to be rectified three times eventually these were sorted.

Great location for visiting all parts of London, good breakfast. Nice room and the bottle of wine on arrival was a nice touch.

The glass screen for the bathroom was a little unsuitable as it didn't make the bathroom particularly private.

The hotel was really clean and the staff were very helpful. I would recommend it!

It was very relaxing without any inconveniences. The stuff run the hotel professionally without any unnecessary disturbances for the guests and we appreciate it a lot.

Acctually, at the first sight, the room was very cold with bare floors and no carpets. In the brochure, though the rooms look cosy and warm with beautiful enterior design promising comfort.Anyhow during my stay I didn't miss anything and the room proved itself cosy enough.

i was shocked that a supposedly 4 star would have such small rooms.put our cases on the floor and there was no room on the floor left to walk.no bath!! shower was dirty.asked 2 or 3 times about the size of the room and was told i could upgrade for 50pound.very un-helpful staff!!
