Breakfast was really good The staff at the reception desk was not very helpful - when I checked in, they couldn't find my booking in the system and when I left I waited for over 15 minutes to get my luggage from the storage facility. Also, we were never offered the bottle of wine which was suppossedly included in the hotel fare. |

Very friendly staff. Moreover, we arrived at the hotel 3 hours before check-in time and just wanted to leave our luggage there, but they already gave us a room! And when we asked for something, they reacted very quickly. Moreover, the famous bathroom glass door didn't disturb us at all. |
