A localizacao e boa

Logo que chegamos nao tinha sabonete e secador no nosso quarto, pedimos mais de 3 vezes e nao nos atenderam. So nos entregaram quase no terceiro dia.

Hotel ideal for shopping and attending events at Wembley arena/stadium. 10 minute easy walk to Marleybone station and few minutes to tube at Baker Street.

The location is excellent for sightseeing and shopping in London, very comfortable and stylsh hotel.

The hotel was very comfortable and centrally located. It was also very reasonably priced.

staff were friendly, very helpful and approachable. location was great, very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

we did not receive the complimentary bottle of wine which they told us would be in our room when we returned after our evening, when i mentioned this while paying the bill they offered to give it to us then-this was no good as we were heading to the airport to return home. also there were no tea making facilities in our room, a cup of tea is always nice when you come back from anywhere.

Surprisingly peaceful given the location.

The room wasn't cleaned properly and I had to ask twice (half eaten cheese and other food in the mini bar!) The mattress had seen better days and probably should be changed. Curtains were grubby, wardrobe shelves were dusty. No welcome tray as advertised. I thought this hotel was poor value for money and the "Deluxe" room we stayed in wasn't very deluxe! The size was ok but really I felt the cleanliness was lacking which is not good.

could not get food upon returning from an evening out. Did not get the bottle of wine on arrival as included in our deal, though it was offered to us when we were checking out after we mentioned it to the hotel staff.

Location excellent for travel to Wembley. Comfortable bed and relaxing atmosphere in bar. Express checkout option. Nice breakfast.Excellent to have choice of wine on the enjoy package deal as concerned prior to arrival that would be restricted- able to get a dry wine option thankyou.

didnt expect vacuum and cleaning objects still in room on entering room day of arrival & maid entered without knocking door (although checked in at 1pm were not advised of this at reception). didnt expect to be disturbed by maid early am on checkout day. Would have eaten at hotel restaurant but was not open early enough - were eating prior to Wembley concert- would have preferred to be open 5pm. Frosted glass doors to bathroom not practical.

Central location with amenities near the hotel. Not cheap but reasonably priced. Polite personel never refused to help. The concierge service was good and hepled us book tickets to a theatre show.

The rooms need some refurbishment. Even though the room was very clean the furniture are old fashioned
